We loved the architecture of the houses, it was nice to spend a few days in such manner. The owners were answering really quickly to messages and on the phone.
There are some issues with the cleaning, so we started our stay by cleaning the bathroom and the kitchen. The sink was leaking, the shower was leaking, there were cockroaches both in the bathroom and the kitchen. There were several types of hair in the bathroom, a sign that cleaning was not made properly and it was not just an accident. They should pay more attention with this stuff.
Also it would have been nice to have a toaster in the kitchen and all the appliances would have been cleaned of grease.

very welcoming hosts! Room was amazing!. Courtyard is wonderful along with many old artifacts from family farming days displayed. Large grocery store 2 minute walk. Village has some interesting murals and the "steps of Love" were fun to explore although starting to fall into disrepair.
We chose the accommodation because of the great reviews which they lived up to. However the village itself lacks eating places, things to do which were not a problem as villages nearby (i.e. Dali) had nice places to eat.

Beautiful house, in a lovely village that was a great central location for exploring both the mountains and beaches. The house had very comfy beds and all required amenities. We particularly loved the outdoor space, with table and chairs in the sun, as well as a covered outdoor space. This was our first time in Cyprus and we had an amazing time, made even better coming back to this house every evening. One morning we realised we had no hot water but this was very quickly sorted - within minutes someone was round to change the gas! Also it was very reasonably priced, what more could you want!

the house we stayed in was very spacious. the host was helpful. and it was nice to be just between Nicosia and Larnaca.
we stayed with a baby and the accommodations had everything we needed.
Its a bit hard the stay here without a car.

It was a lovely old house, with a cozy atmosphere, a big courtyard, and very friendly hosts. They welcomed us with olives and sweets, brought us farm eggs, and were available whenever we needed something.

The location met our expectations as we knew what we wanted beforehand. The price was very convenient as well. The owners were quick to respond to the few requests we had, including the fixing or replacing of a couple of appliances that stopped working.
There seems to be a little problem with running hot water. The hot water temperature is fine, but then it will suddenly stop coming out and be replaced with cold water and could take quite a while to come back. Not sure it's the property's fault or just the way water heating system works in that part of Cyprus.

Room was very nice, decor, kitchenware, bedroom, perfect for a couple. Outdoor yard with tables is great for meals and evening drink, hosts are very friendly and will look after you. My partner tells me to mention the coffee and homemade sweets from the owner lady, which she greatly enjoyed and couldn't find in supermarkets despite trying :)

A quiet, peaceful, atmospheric place. The owner was very flexible (we had a plane delay and we arrived in the middle of the night - perfect organization), helpful in every situation (he recommended fantastic restaurants with local food and attractions off the tourist route - great, thank you so much!). A stylish, traditional house, fully equipped, each bedroom air-conditioned separately, with a huge patio shared with the residents of the second house - a great solution to meet your neighbors during warm, long, summer evenings with a bottle of wine. Thank you for your hospitality and we recommend this place with all our hearts!

Great flat in traditional Cypriot style. Great value for money. Flat has everything you need. We stayed here to explore Nicosia the capital of Cyprus as its short drive. Thank you!

The place is simply AMAZING! Beautiful, traditional stone house, nice sun terrace. The village is very peaceful. Kyriakos, the owner, couldn't be more helpful and friendly. It was w very relaxing stay

Our stay at Olympia Houses was excellent. Kyriakos was very quick to respond to my messages and questions. He provided us with some places to explore and things to do during our stay. He even provided an excellent restaurant recommendations which was a local spot we never would have found on our own. He allowed us to drop off our bags early so we didn't need to keep them in our car driving around as we explored. His parents greeted us and ended up giving us the keys to the apartment for an early check in along with a little Cypriot treat. The room was lovely and very clean. Comfortable bed and nice towels. Apartment came with a little kitchenette with a refrigerator so we could store some snacks we had picked up. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again if we every make it back!

Place looks amazing, I have to admit that traditional style mixes with nice kitchen and bathroom, bedroom is like princess bedroom in movies, worth to stay, when we entered the apartament we made a bit of,, wow,, sound. Beautifull place to stay in Limpia!

One of my top places I have ever stayed. Fully recomended. Amazing style, top service, kind host, quiet, out of big city.
Close to supermarket, which is fully stocked.
I am even considering 2nd time in Cyprus specialy in this place.
To make long story short... if you plan to visit Cyprus you should pick this location.
I cannot find any negatives about this place.

What a beautiful house! We loved the house, the inner courtyard and our apartment, everything was beautiful and clean and comfortable a and the host was amazing, really nice experience, highly recommend.

Thanks to Kyriakos and his lovely family our stay in Lympia was a very pleasant experience. Everything was perfectly clean, the host made sure that we felt at home and the breakfast (fresh local products) was delicious.
