Our stay at Gran Caribe was perfect. Our 3BR unit was very spacious for 4 adults, two kids. Our unit was easily the nicest decorated of any other previous VRBO stay. The balcony was large and overlooked the pool and ocean (great for coffee and reading in the morning).
Location was a perfect distance from both downtown San Pedro (20min ride south) and Secret Beach (30min ride North). We utilized the pool and swim up bar frequently but did not use the beach (less inviting). Gran Caribe staff were attentive and helpful. We were able to arrange some boating adventures directly from their pier. Golf cart rental was seamless and convenient.
My only recommendation would be for units to have large water cooler jugs/spouts instead of having visitors buy smaller water bottles and jugs (especially when there doesnt seem to be recycling on the island). Our subsequent Caye Caulker stay unit had large water cooler jugs and we could just refill our own water bottles = far less waste.

We planned a last-minute trip to Belize and this was the perfect place to stay! We enjoyed the proximity to the airport and downtown San Pedro. Not too close, but not too far! The view of the pool and ocean were dreamy and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff, from the housekeepers to the security, were all very friendly and helpful! We loved our stay in Belize!

Perfect for our biannual girls trip! We easily rented a golf cart (it needed some work) through the resort. The staff was attentive when needed. The pools were great.

Incredible stay
The condo and accommodations were excellent. Very comfortable for 2 families (4 adults and 3 kids). Spacious, clean and beautiful view of the ocean. The property is beautiful. We will definitely be back!

We travelled as a family of four (daughter 20 and son 17) and we all had our own large, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. The view from this condo is beautiful and we thought one of the best at the resort in that you could see the ocean and have a view of the pool, but still elevated, and not too "on top" of the pool. The upstairs balcony from the master was especially nice in the mornings and evenings with the open moon view and ocean breeze. The condo owner was super communicative and helpful when we had any questions. Her recommendation was to book everything through the resort concierge (scuba, excursions, Tropic Air flights, golf cart, etc.) which we did and found that was the easiest and most convenient. She even provided upon booking a handy document of recommendations from restaurants to excursions, etc., which we found super spot-on and helpful. The decor, original art, and architectural details of this condo are just beautiful. The condo even has a smart TV so you can sign in to Netflix, etc. for movies at night which we enjoyed as well as a Sonos speaker system for music which was really nice. The resort itself is just wonderful! We felt safe and well taken care of. Housekeeping literally comes every day and they will do your laundry for you at no extra charge - you just leave it in the basket by the door. An amazing vacation! Definitely exceeded expectations! Would highly recommend this resort and specific unit!

We had 6 adults, 1 child and 1 infant on our family vacation. This place was absolutely perfect for us. The location is amazing and the views breathless. The condo is beautifully decorated and stocked with pots and pans and plenty of dishes. The cleaning and front desk service has been nothing short of 5-stars. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We loved the actual unit, but th beach was crummy.
Even though they have a seaweed barrier, water seems murky.
The boats pull up right in front of the property too and churn up the water.
However, they take immaculate care of the grounds, and people are nice!! The beach was very disappointing.
