Ubicada a menos de dos cuadras de la playa, esta unidad fue un alquiler de temporada durante 25 años hasta 2017 y ahora está disponible para alquileres semanales Con una entrada frontal privada, todo el segundo piso es suyo para disfrutar. Tiene una sala de estar, comedor, amplia cocina, tres dormitorios y un baño y medio. Las puertas correderas brindan un fácil acceso a la cubierta trasera que se extiende a lo largo de la casa. Una parrilla de gas natural está en la cubierta trasera para cocinar al aire libre. Hay una ducha al aire libre cerrada con luz fría / caliente para facilitar el regreso a la playa. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful, clearly wanted to do everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. We loved this neighborhood and quick access to the beach. With a few tweaks they are working on I would put this at a 5 for the price point.

We overall were very pleased with our stay at this comfortable and conveniently located property a couple of blocks from one of Cape May Point's best and quietest beaches. The house is well furnished, air conditioned with an effective central air system, and the kitchen far better equipped than most rentals. Also of note, the outdoor shower is a good one. The property backs up to a wildlife preserve with a large back deck overlooking the woods. We would recommend the property and consider returning.

This beautiful home is in a remarkable location in Cape May Point. It has everything that we needed. It was very clean and very well stocked. The kitchen was clean and had updated appliances. The huge deck out back was private and looked over trees. I especially enjoyed looking at the monarch butterflies on the butterfly bushes! The very best part for me was the location- the beach is at the end of the street! This is a very well-kept property. We had a great time here!

This property was all we hoped for...only a 5 minute walk to the beach which is so large and well kept..it feels like a private beach.
We rented Kayaks and a Paddle board from Aqua Trails Kayaking.
This company was so accommodating and helpful! They delivered and Picked-up the toys to our address free of charge.

This property was all we hoped for...only a 5 minute walk to the beach which is so large and well kept..it feels like a private beach.
We rented Kayaks and a Paddle board from Aqua Trails Kayaking.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It is very conveniently located close to the beach, and accommodated our group of four adults and two kids. We enjoyed the deck with the grill a lot. The beach cart, umbrellas and chairs, provided by the owner, made our visits to the beach a lot easier.
