AMAZING AS USUAL.. only 1 thing …. Could room 103 get a firmer mattress 😍

This place was pretty good. The location in south beach was great. It’s directly across the street from the beach. The only downside was the building this unit is in was having some kind of water/ mold or pest problems. The smell from the lobby to the room was horrible. It smelled like someone dumped 5 gallons of ant raid all over the place. The smell didn’t make it into the room though. The only problem with the room was the sofa sleeper is a pretty crappy one. Just beware of that if your going to need to use it. We parked our car in the public garage that’s only a block away. It was ok but we wouldn’t stay there again.

There are some issues with this property. Some positives were the location is great and parking is within a few blocks. It is across the street from the beach and lots of restaurants. Some of the negatives included 1 key for the property for 3 people, the pull out sofa bed frame was busted, so we were short a bed. The shower did not work. The mechanism to turn it from a bath to a shower was jammed. I could not pull it out with out despite the host contact telling me to just pull on it. On saturday morning, the lobby had a major water leak which caused the fire alarm to be set off in the whole building per the fire department. It appeared no one came to sesses all the water leaking from the ceiling. They just moved the furniture from the lobby and roped off the area. The fire department came to the building 5 times during the night but could only temporarily silence the alarm, they could not disable. It had to be done by the alarm company but no one could get a hold of them. We were unable to sleep. Communication with the the contact was mostly prompt but unhelpful.

This was a mother/daughter vacation and the condo was perfect for us. The cleanliness, location and service were top notch!

The location of this property was perfect! Steps from Miami Beach and all the action of Ocean Drive. Alberto was prompt with communications and Helina was very helpful and was attentive to making our stay comfortable. I highly recommend this property.

We really loved the place! Directly on Ocean drive, across the beach it’s was perfect! Helena was awesome and helpful. We will be back next year!!

The condo is super nice with convenient access to downtown and to South Beach. The host is super friendly, always provide timely responses over chat.

I will stay again, loved the rap around balcony, I was advised about loud music, I called it the best seat in the house on Ocean Dr.. see u again soon.

Cute little place but beware of nighttime street noise .. bring some ear plugs

Clean renovated art deco studio condo. Helena the checkin/cleaning person is awesome. Bed is good, sofa not so comfortable. Very clean. The only downside is the illegal activity below on 6 th in front of the pizza place. They hang out there selling but usually clear out by 10-11 pm. They never bothered us tho.

Nothing fancy, but for the price and location it was spectacular! Just enough room for a couple! A family of three could stay very comfortably! Helina was amazing, our flights in to Miami were 7 hours later than planned and she was very hospitable to us, even though we had to wake her up at 2am. The location was perfect, no view, but steps away from the beach! If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay…well, South Beach all together would not be for you! We will definitely be booking this location again!!

I don't think the check-in instructions mentioned the Barbizon, which would have helped. Parking is always a challenge in SOBE, but we got lucky with on street parking on 6th and Ocean for a couple of hours for unloading. The unit was a large one-room "hotel style" unit across from the elevator. It was immaculate. The a/c worked great. There was a good selection of streaming channels on the TV. (We did not see any TV instructions, but we were able to figure it out). The Wi-Fi was OK, but it was intermittent, which was a little irritating. The kitchen had enough glasses, bowls, plates, a toaster, a drip coffee maker and plenty of pots and pans (if needed; who cooks in SOBE?). The bed was king size and comfortable. The coach was fine, but it would have been nice to have an end table. The bathroom had wall dispensers for bodywash, shampoo and conditioner, which was great. The beach chairs and umbrellas were better than we expected. The beach access couldn't have been better. There was a restroom and bath to the beach directly across the street for the condo. This place is toward the south end of Ocean Dr which was quieter than other places further north. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. There was a municipal garage about 2 blocks away on 7th (between Collins and Washington). There is Publix, CVS and Total Wine not far away and small markets and wine stores nearby. Great place for a few days in SOBE.

This location was perfect. Super close to the beach and by tons of restaurants and stores. Clean amd quiet spot. Would recommend

Don’t think about any other place. There was a sizable queen bed with a tv and breakfast bar that allowed to do my work. Wifi was fast when I needed it and used it and the shower and bathroom were nothing more and nothing less than what you need. There is no view but you I don’t go on vacation looking to stay in the place. Restaurant connected to the complex and was super convenient with food and drinks. Just great place and people.

From start to finish the experience was excellent. Easy check in. Great space, well equipped and a fabulous location. Highly recommend!

We drove from south Georgia to South Beach, and encountered a few monsoons on the way. Helena, the property manager, was extremely accommodating when we had to push back our arrival time. The apartment was easily located and gaining entry was effortless. The unit was clean and stocked with nessesities. A few tips. It's difficult to find a parking space close to the property, however, if you circle the block a few time you'll enevitably find one. It's expensive. To park on the street overnight, be prepared to spend at least $30. If you download the parking app it will make your life a whole lot easier. Be aware that all the fabulous restaurants on Ocean, that play the festive music and spill over onto the sidewalk, are rackets and Ridiculously expensive! Most importantly, be aware that all restaurants, coffee shops, etc, will add 20% gratuity automatically and hope you don't notice. While other businesses will add a "Service Fee." You can ask that the fees be removed, but anticipate some push- back. At the end of the day they'll do it. The city and beaches are beautiful and the locals are friendly. The natives drive insanely and the freeway system is extremely confusing. Keep the aforementioned in mind and you'll have a great stay.

We had an absolutely amazing stay for a week. The property manager was extremely helpful and considerate. The room was amazing, especially considering the reasonable price. It’s a little hidden, you have to walk through an outdoor eating area to get in, but it honestly makes it seem safer. The best part is how close to the beach you are. It gets a little loud at night, but that’s just because it’s so close to the night life, and it didn’t really bother any of us. Highly recommend!

The condo was everything that we wanted and more! We were in search of a place that had a kitchen and the condo had it plus pots, pans, dishes, cups, utensils, and much more! It was such a short walk to the beach. It wasn’t smack in the middle of Ocean Drive which we really liked because it’s not as noisy at night. We were able to fall asleep soundly without the nightlife noise bothering us at all. It was a very enjoyable stay. Thank you Alberto and Helina!

Let’s start with the good things. Helena the host is awesome. Location is incredible. Now the bad. Condo is in EXTREME need of renovation. The floor is the only thing from this century. The towels were very old and discolored. Bedding was cheap, mismatched, and stained. Shower was gross. A/c never got cooler than 74 during the day and it would drip on you as you were walking out the door. Large cracks in the ceiling. Walls were dirty and needed paint. Blinds need cleaning. The beach umbrella included for use was demolished, got all the way to the beach just to find that out. I’ve stayed up the beach in a very nice hotel for only a little more money and it’s way more worth it. I would not recommend this rental for the price. I will not be staying here again.

Great communication. Would prefer a coded lock so we wouldn't have to schedule a time to meet but they were very flexible and no issues with check-in. Great hospitality and would absolutely stay here again.

My daughter and I were comfortable and felt safe because you had to have an access code to get in the building and a key to get into the condo. Also there is no view of the ocean but you definitely get your monies worth.
