Cozy house, located on a quiet street leading to the beach. House is adjacent to the host's house sharing the same ground. However, privacy of the villa is well kept. You can park in the yard what is very convenient. Terrace in front of the house with a tiny garden is lovely and feels private thanks to the greens around. House has all essential things present and everything works as expected. BBQ is also available. Host reacted very promptly on all requests. Bakery, shops and restaurants are within 10 minutes walking.

Villa le Mauret is an ideal place to stay when visiting Andernos les Bains and the surrounding area. Marie Pierre is a lovely host. The villa is very comfortable and well equipped. Situated in a quiet area, it is however within walking distance of excellent shops and restaurants. The lovely beach, with a wonderful view over the Bassin d’Arcachon, is a few moments away by foot.

The property is small, but clean and well-equipped, located in a quiet, residential area just 100m flat walk to the beach. It was perfect for walking our 2 dogs. There is secure parking on the driveway of the villa. Andernos is a nice town and the impressive Dune de Pilat is just a short drive away.

The settee is a bit small and uncomfortable, and we didn't like the slippery satin bedding, but that is just a personal dislike and not a reflection of the property.

Lovely and very helpful hosts, fantastic location just moments from the beach, great secure parking inside the property, pet friendly policy and great looking space!

The bed. The mattress had sunk in the middle, pillows were very worn and flat, bed sheets were worn as well. Sleeping comfortably is a must when renting a holiday let.
