This property was best that we have ever stayed in. My familly and I felt some comfortable. the kids were able to enjoy all all the ameneties. this property is definatley going on our favorite list.

Property worked well for the entire family. Pool area was very nice. The property’s location was good for visiting Busch Gardens and Adventure Island. The kids enjoyed the neighborhood park.

The property appealed to me because of its distance from my home and another family home. The location was great and the house size for our party of seven was wonderful. The large kitchen was great and sitting by the pool early evening was also nice. Would re-book for this type of occasion and recommend to family or friends looking for a home to rent instead of staying in a hotel.

We were very impressed with this property and the management. The owner was always quick to respond to questions and asked us how things were going midway through the stay.
We felt the listing accurately portrayed the house and pool area. We had plenty of room for the 9 of us in the house. The beds were for the most part comfortable. The kitchen came stocked with everything we needed. The grill worked well for us. The pool was great. The abundance of pool toys made it more fun. The washer and dryer worked well.
Check-in and out were very easy.The only downside I could see was that the water pressure was a little low for our tastes, but that happens.

Location, pool, and kitchen were all good, but the house needs a refresh, furniture and carpet is old as well as the bed linens and towels.

Great open layout. Plenty of rooms. Kitchen fully stocked with all cookware, utensils, etc. Nice relaxing backyard by the pool. Did a lot of walking in the neighborhood for exercise. Location is perfect for where you need to go.

Thank you for being a pet friendly home. We were able to have a thanksgiving dinner with our Florida family without worrying about out pets health and safety. The home provided the space we needed to be together. We had fun playing cards, games and twister with the kids and grandkids. The air hockey table was a plus. It is a very quiet neighborhood and we were able to relax around the pool. The plumbing needs to be given some attention soon. However, the home did serve it purpose and I thank you again for allowing me to have my pet .

My family came together from different states to celebrate our youngest Granddaughters 1st birthday, the house was perfect for us, very spacious. I loved the kitchen, I'm a cook and was able to prepare all our meals easily and the dining area let us sit as a family and enjoy.
The bedrooms were spacious, with comfortable beds.
We enjoyed spending our days in and around the pool.
The house was just what I was looking for to just spend time with family.

We had a great time there. The house was large and comfortable. We had everything we needed.the owner was pleasant and easy to deal with. A Hurricane warning was issued during our stay and she came and stayed at the desperate apartment on site and even brought us some things in case we needed them in preparation of the storm.

This was the perfect house in the perfect location for our family. We came for a family function and this house was close to relatives, close to the event and convenient for all to reach. We will definitely refer to other, as well as return again. Well worth the money.

The home is interesting; every room is a step up. When arriving, the lights weren’t on and I immediately tripped and fell up the one stair that goes into the bedroom. The stairs to the 2nd floor is steep too. The home is located in a quiet area and very safe. The front door pad lock never worked, but there was a key available. I wish I was warned about the step.

Real spacious every body had lots of room. Nice patio to enjoy morning and evening relax and have our coffee. Well stocked kitchen. To cool for the pool. No problems parking our vehicles. All stores and gasoline were close by. Was nice to have a working grill (used it several times). Would stay here again if we do another trip.

The fourth bedroom should state that it is an air mattress and a day bed and there is no TV. The individuals in this room felt like they got the worst room.

We had a really nice time in Tampa. The home was very lovely and had everything we could have asked for to enjoy our visit. We had four adults and the home provided plenty of room for everyone. The home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood while still being close to restaurants, shopping, and main roadways.

This property has plenty of space and for us was in a great location.
Stephanie was a very helpful resource, both before our visit and during our stay.
Overall the furnishings were a little dated but we will stay here again if we visit this area in the future.
I also believe it was priced appropriately.

The place was clean, cozy and comfortable!
It was close to everything! The neighborhood was quaint and friendly. 10 min from shopping. 20 min from Busch Gardens. The agent was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The weather was perfect but not warm enough to swim (which was ok). Enjoyed our stay very much!
