We had no air con so rang reception for a heater as it was a cold night. Left it on all night to keep the apartment warm for myself and my granddaughter. Pity we didn't get much of a view either. In

No airport transportation. Room was small and hotel felt pretty basic

Even though I requested and paid for parking, there was none on the Friday and Saturday night, ended up parking off road on a grass paddock, and moving my car onto the hotel premises at 0300 a.m.

We only there for 4 hours but had a good sleep.

The room was comfortable but with the humidity, the fan wasn't effective, and opening the windows meant loud traffic noise.

I was at a conference at the event centre nearby. Check-in was painfully slow! The group before me took 45 minutes to get checked in, and only 4 of them were there. There were at least 20 people behind me and check-in was ridiculously slow. Parking was charged for and at times coming and going throughout the day meant there wasn't always a carpark. The bar and restaurant service was also lengthy, even when not overly populated.
