Friendly staff at the bars, kids program was great as well as the evening entertainment. Tapas at the bar great, lots of flavour and choice. The ladies making the fresh crepes were lovely. Housekeeping ladies are really friendly and do such a lovely job. Thank you Luz!

The reception staff had limited knowledge or were not forthcoming about local activities (bike hire or local train) , Restaurant staff would be nice if they would smile and not treat you like a number. Food choices was plenty but the restaurant food was VERY bland and lots of frozen and processed food!! Not what you expect if you come to Spain!!

floor of pool is very worn and damaged. Paid for all inclusive but no coffee facilities in the room and NO options to get a coffee before 8am.

I had to get up every morning at 6.45am to put towels out on beds - by 7.30am they had all been taken. The pools were not secure at night time - yea children are supervised by parents but the worry of pools being accessible was a concern. Other hotels we have stayed in have pools fenced off and locked at night.

Location was a little bit far out from main town but it was on the beach front and had lovely views. Hotel was huge, lovely and clean. Zoraida Garden was Moroccan inspired and Zoraida Park was more chic

The staff in Reception were amazing. So friendly so helpful. However bar staff were inept. Not customer focused and the restaurant staff were rude. Wouldn't even say 'hi'. One grabbed a plum of a leftover plate and placed it back in with the other plums. Orange juice dispensers were constantly left empty. Hot drinks weren't nice. There was no option to take a packed lunch with you if you were going on a day trip and were going to miss breakfast or lunch. This is available in other 4 star resorts.
