The hotel room was airy and very clean.
The walls between rooms are very thin. If your neighbors are quiet, it’s not a problem.

We were very tired peregrinos, having recently stayed at a pleasant, but very squeezy and stuffy, inside room in a 2 star hotel in San Sebastian. The Zumaia Hotel had space, wide and comfortable beds, and plenty of light and access to fresh air. Huge contrast. Everything worked and was well cared for. Bar below was convenient, Eroski market almost next door. Wonderful! Breakfast excellent and quick delicious coffees. I would stay again.

The hotel is clean with friendly staff. The location is good with a short walk into the town.
We booked a family room which turned out to be a normal room with two single beds squeezed in the space. Not acceptable at the price we paid. Breakfast was good in the hotel cafeteria.

Shower didn't drain. No heat. No elevator. No hair drier. Mattresses not comfortable.

The lady at reception. The male cleaner was very efficient and good at his job.
The lady at reception was nice and courteous, the barman with the mullet hair style was very condescending, because of him, I will not visit again.
