Everything!! The view, the location, the appartment itself was so gorgious and comfortable, and the host Darko was very welcoming and gave us good informations. I was worried that it was too expensive but finally it was really worth the price ! We felt we just had the best spot in Zadar !

Brilliant host, very accommodating! The view from the apartment was stunning, spent most nights watching the amazing sunset from the balcony. Very clean and spacious room.

Great location (great view, everything in walking distance, no problem finding parking). Easy check in/out. Good communication with owner.

Wonderful place with the best view you could imagine over the city center and the sunset. Also the host was very nice responsive and useful. Great choice!

amazing location and very clean

the staff aren’t incredibly prepared. had to wait for over an hour to just drop bags off (which wasn’t too much of an issue) but then the room still wasn’t ready at 3 as they were still cleaning. it was 4 before we got in. check out wasn’t for another hour and they knocked and asked how long we would be which felt unprofessional. I also forgot my glasses and said the exact location where I left them but was told they weren’t there when I 10000% knew they were.

Modern style, great appartment with balcony overlooking the port and old town. Short Walk across bridge to old town and seaside sea organ and night lights on the sea front. Food market and nice restaurant below building for breakfast or dinner Loved our stay here.

The best possible view from the balcony! Very close to the bridge to the Old town. There is a small supermarket, also few bars, restaurant next to the building. The appartment is clean and nice. The kitchen is fully equipped in case you decide to prepare a meal. There was a coffee machine too.

Location is great - just over the water from old town View from balcony is probably the best in Zadar! Facilities in apartment are extensive - we stayed only one night but this apartment could easily suit a week long stay Host communication is great and even allowed for an early check in

The view was amazing and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was really nice and well equipped.

The TV did not work - and the roller shatters in the kitchen were broken. None of it was fixed during the 5 days we were here - so a bit more proactivity from the host would be appreciated to make our stay more comfortable (and a price justified).

We loved the view from the balcony. It’s amazing. Sunsets over old town and the harbour. Bed was comfy and the shower was great.

When we arrived we was slightly sceptical after seeing the building as it’s not what you would picture from the photos. BUT that being said once you are in the apartment it doesn’t matter because it’s very modern and clean. And the view it absolutely worth it too.

The view is definitely the highlight of this apartment. Host was nice. The apartment is fully renovated and quite big. Amazing terrace.

The building is old and needs a renovation. But the apartment is no nice you'll quickly forget about it :)

The view is amazing! The apartment is on the 10th floor and you can sit on the balcony looking at the sunset in the evenings! Stunning!! The apartment itself is very nice with a lovely bathroom!

There's a small fridge and coffee making station but no cutlery. Cutlery would have been nice!

The room was spacious and clean. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. We had a small issue with the AC which was fixed very quickly. The view is absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. Great stay.

The building from the outside, lobby and lift area are all very tired looking, but once you're in the apartment, none of that matters.

- the building the flat is not modern and the elevator doesn't feel too safe. - no breakfast service
