Gio Toscane is just the absolute best place to be in Toscane and one of the best places we have ever stayed at. From the magnificent Tuscany views, the spacious, clean and luxurious apartment, and above all the great host Gio (he is the friendliest and supported us in all ways we needed) - Gio Toscane deserves a 12/10. I cannot recommend it more and we will be back for sure.

Too many free dogs running around the property, as they belong to the owners. They are cute and friendly but if you have to look after your little kids and your own dog too, the presence of many dogs in the are where you eat and hang out might not be too safe and relaxing.

The property and facilities were amazing. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful - helping me navigate where to get food or do an activity (like the beach). We will absolutely be back. It was so peaceful to stay and we wished we had booked for longer. Also my girls did horse lessons at the ranch and were completely in love with the experience!

If you are looking for an unique place to stay in Tuscany, you should definitly go Baroncio by Gio. You will find there the most warm-hearted and helpful hosts, an amazing landscape and perfectly equipped and very cozy apartments. It was our 3rd stay there and for sure we will come again! Our dog Blume is already missing Brindle, Jet and Stella :-)

Everything absolutely exceeded expectations. I must have looked at approximately 200 villas in preparation for our stay and this was hands down the best I saw. Beautiful villa in stunning grounds. Gio, the host is without a doubt the most helpful and friendly host i have ever had the pleasure to meet. No ask was too much and he really ensured we had the best possible stay. The kids (and us) loved Gio’s friendly dogs and the horse riding ranch was a real highlight. Could not recommend more.

Everything was first class

Perfect days in Tuscany Baroncio by Gio is an attractive large estate in a breathtaking landscape. Quiet location only 15 min from the sea / Castiglione della Pescaia. Spacious flat in a very nice house with private entrance and very high quality furnishings - couldn't be better. Huge private terrace with large dining table & lounge furniture. Relaxation at a very high level. Gio is a very special landlord, friendly, helpful, available, always good tips and much more. Gio offers excellent western style horse riding in gorgeous Tuscan countryside - definitely can't be topped! Great little restaurants in the hinterland with few tourists and delicious local food. At night a fascinating starry sky to touch. We have travelled internationally quite a lot for many years, we have never felt as comfortable & welcome anywhere as we do at Baroncio by Gio! The host (Gio) greeted us in the friendliest way possible, his dogs all came to say hello as well and made us feel welcome from the second we got there. Gio was beyond helpful, answering all of our questions, being available for any information and gave us tips on what to explore in the area. The location is something else! You are surrounded by nature, olive trees, you can see the vineyard hills in the distance, the lake at the property invited us to sit there, take a deep breath and enjoy the tranquillity of this healthy and powerful oasis. We felt so at home and could not have picked a better place. We took our dog with us and at first she was a little intimidated by the pack of dogs that greeted her (they are all very big but the most gentle dogs that you can imagine) but within the first few hours she warmed up to them, played together with them and even felt like a part of the pack. When we took her for a walk in the mornings, Stella and the other dogs came with us, it was such a special feeling. My girlfriend went for a hack with Gio and his very well behaved horses and you can see they are very well looked after and being taken great care of. He brings so much passion and love for his animals, which you can definitely feel. We will definitely come back. It's a place that stays in our memories very fondly :)

A beautiful place with a very nice view. Absolutely quiet with no traffic. Very friendly landlords and great horses and rides. Very cozy and spacious apartment with complete equipment.
