The location and the restaurant

Our bed was creaking and on many requests they did not bother to rectify and only offered a change of rooms on last night

Good locations, nice and clean room and kitchen , good air conditioning and good breakfast

Bathroom and toilets have only small vent

Terrible internet in the room. Either no internet or Disconnected all the time- which was very annoying. One of the elevator never worked had walk up and down stairs all the time.

The room is spacious. The hotel is located in the centre, near bars and restaurants, walking distance to the old town.

1) I woke up at 4:30 a.m. because there was a party in the room next to my room. Here was no information in the room how to use the phone and call to reception. The guy downstairs promised to go and talk with guests from the next room to my. In fact he didn't do anything to help. I had to go back downstairs to ask one more time. The reply was "What can I do? I can't solve this problem". Actually it is a staff's job to solve such problems. Finally the party was finished around 7 a.m. 2) The hotel charged 10 euros for my pet. Second hotel in my life where they charge you for a stay with the pet, and tell you the price only after you make a non-refundable reservation.

Apartment is very spacious, equipped with modern appliances. We had 2 tv's with netflix preinstalled. Breakfast is very good and large, but the menu could be little bit more diverse.

Terrace is shared with other apartment and it didn't have any chair or table where you can sit and relax. Kitchen is fully equipped but didn't have pots or frying pans which makes oven and stove useless. There was hot water but you need to open a tap and wait for it, from 5 to 10 minutes to come.

Loud construction works started early in morning. Breakfast was very poor. Hotel surroundings are questionable
