The place has a great view and location. They need better instructions on the internet and TV use, a bit dated and could use a few changes/modernization. Air conditioner is loud and could use a replacement. Over all great location and easy access to everything.

Our truck was 1” too short, we did not realize it was too short and they towed us, ticketed us at 11:30 at night, no call to ask us to move it, and towed at 8:30am. So ticketed after we’re we were in bed and towed before we got up with no call request to move the vehicle……Parking is a problem there. Our tv’s didn’t work and it took most of a day and a second call to get this resolved. View was spectacular, living room, bedrooms very spacious, and kitchen very very nice but could use a blender for drinks. Floors were however dirty, my feet were black from it. Everything else was very clean. Nice surprise of the 3rd half bath which would be great for a family. There is a triangular area of a few inches of black colored mold in one corner of the master bath vanity area on the ceiling.
I had to request check in procedures, they were not sent until I requested before check in. Be aware at the bottom of your e-mail on the last page is a short paragraph about parking. I missed this the first time, I suggest it be moved to the first page from the last due to our $160 tow fee and the condo not trying to contact visitors. The property manager for our rental was not contacted either but are aware of the issue.

This was a great place to stay. The only real issue was the batteries in the remotes and they can the next morning and put new batteries in. The service was great. I will bring my family back to this exact room if possible next year and years to come. This was a great vacation and a long time coming.

This condo was exactly what we were looking for - ocean, pool, hot tub. It also had an added bonus of the little bar on the bottom floor. The bucket drinks are so good.

Condo was everything the pictures and description says it is. We had a great time minus a few inconveniences like only having 1 wristband for 6 adults. Kind of annoying for when the property locks down at night. TV remotes were aggravating and a few broken chairs that they came and got and never replaced so we all couldn't use the patio without some of us standing. We communicated with owners/managers who assured things would be fixed but never got around to doing so. Other than that, we had a great time and didnt let those inconveniences stop us.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Looks like the pictures online. The living room furniture has been updated as mentioned in the comments section of the reviews on VRBO. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’d need to cook full meals. There is a Keurig and a coffee pot in this condo. It could use a fresh coat of paint as some of the doors and doorways were marked up. No additional trash bags in the condo so be sure to bring your own. Also, you’ll need additional toiletries and laundry detergent. There were plenty of towels and washcloths. You may need to look in every bathroom closet/cabinet to find them.
No check-in was necessary with this condo as all of the instructions were emailed to us prior to arrival. However, we came very close to getting towed when we first arrived. Although the sign in the unloading area said we had 15 minutes, we hadn’t been there 15 mins before the gentleman towing vehicles asked other family we had staying at the resort if they knew who owned our vehicle. Their parents were inside having trouble checking in so they stayed in the car. If they hadn’t been there, their vehicle and our vehicle would’ve gotten towed. Another gentleman behind them in line waiting to check in got his vehicle towed bc they were having trouble with their form of payment. The resort has no way of knowing how long each vehicle has been sitting there. There needs to be a better process.
Overall, I would recommend this condo to others.

Pros: The views were beautiful. The kitchen and living room area have been updated. The building has direct beach access on the quieter side of the beach. You are close to shopping and many restaurants. Parking is easy.
Cons: The cleaning people didn’t do a great job. The coffee pot was visibly gross. The only window in the bedroom that was clean was the one visible. The windows that were partially covered by a curtain were not cleaned which tells me they only clean visible areas. The unit although updated, it still feels a bit dated. The lighting is terrible in bedrooms 2 and 3. The building is dated. The lazy river is advertised, but bring your own floats.
Overall: We made the most of our stay, but I wouldn’t stay here again. There are likely better options at this price point.

This property was nice and clean. But the overall hotel needs some upgrading. One of the elevators has been broke since November and has not been repaired yet. So getting up and down on one elevator was difficult. Also the parking at this place is stupid. My Truck was towed away on the first night and I had to pay $185 to get it back. After me asking the front desk for a pass and they wouldn't give me one. The lady at the front desk told me I didn't need one. Guest remember to search the room for parking passes as soon as you check -in.

My family and I had a great stay in 1503 forest dunes. The condo was as the pictures show. Clean and fresh looking. Lovely condo great views.

The best vacation ever. We did not want to leave. We were on vacation but felt like home. We would definitely stay here again. The only negative comment would be the elevators. Only one was working at this time and had to wait a while. We cannot wait until next year! Thank you

The location is hard to beat! The staff is always friendly, as are most guests. But, the rental was a lot more "used" than the pictures represented. The cleanliness was marginal, especially in the master shower and under most furniture. If renters would just inform the management of issues, all of this would fix itself over time.

It did lack courtesy’s such as dishwashing tablets, laundry soap ( only 1 small pack of soap), trash bags, etc. while this property did come along with beach toys(that appeared to be left by prior guests), it was slightly, and I use this word lightly.. dirty. Me and my sister did feel the need to wipe down the kitchen counters and cabinets before we could fully feel comfortable in this condo. There were drips and splatters that had not been cleaned up properly and the walls needed to be wiped down. The couches we’re very worn.. The floors and basic cleaning were done but it needs a little “TLC”. There were half finished tile work in the bathroom and such. Again, with this condo you get what you pay for, it was by no means filthy, just needs a little pick me up.

The condo was great! It was very clean when we arrived and it suited all of our needs. It is close to the beach, the pool and lazy river are lovely and the restaurant downstairs is delicious and so convenient! The check in and check out process was very easy. I would just recommend double checking the address you put into GPS. There’s the same address in North Myrtle Beach, which is where we ended up first.
The only issue we had during our stay was one of the elevators seemed to keep breaking, which made it take a long time waiting for just one. But the condo itself was amazing and we would definitely book again!
