Tania was so welcoming and helpful. She went above and beyond. When I had sand flaky bored she bought me medicine at no cost yo me. She also offered to take us on a jungle walk to see the waterfalll. Lovely staff. Clean room wil air con. Close to the beach. Daily cleaning of rooms. Thank you papaya cottage. We will be back.

The resort has a beautiful scenery of plants and nice terraces.... Bed and aircon was good.....

We were in the Monsoon time there and the dirty road to the resort was partly under water. So walking was a mess and the staff transported us with motorbikes to the street. They should improve their small road in a paved and secure way....

Very friendly staff, possibility to rent a motorbike and big clean room. Location nearby some restaurants and supermarkets. Very good choice for exploration of Koh Chang!

There could be some small lights in the garden. If you come back late, you need to walk to the bungalow in total darkness.

like already mentioned: the room was clean, the bed is comfortable, silent air-conditioning and fast internet

- the way from the main road to the cottages was muddy and even dangerous when raining - only one little bottle of water a day is not sufficient for a coffee, a nightly sip and toothbrush rinsing - a little television to pass the time on rainy days would be nice

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was kept clean, and we had a nice big balcony to ourselves. The prices we paid for everything seemed really reasonable compared to everywhere else we had been to.

I loved absolutely everything regarding my stay. The bungalows are suer nice, spacious with a great shower and good bed. The fact of having your own porch overlooking the tropical garden is amazing. Tooky (manager) and Om (housekeeper) are 2 amazing woman. They are so kind and helpful and it felt like family and saying goodbye was difficult. Also Pamela (owner) was super kind by sending me a message (she was not there) and super helpful. The bungalows are also super clean and I felt spoiled with clean towels on daily base! I would recommend it to everyone to stay here and if I return to the island I will def. come back!

Very nice manager. She offered us a free ride to the south of the island and was very helpful. It felt more like staying with a friend than staying in a hotel. Also our kids liked the place a lot.

The place is the perfect location in Klong Phrao Beach. It has easy access to beach area and has many nearby shops for eating and groceries. The room is very clean and the place is very nice and safe. The water pressure is strong and good wifi connection. The aircon is cold too.The place is quiet at night though very near eating area. Most of all, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. She made our vacation comfortable and relaxing.

Entrance is a bit hard to find. Path needs renovation and light (a bit dangerous).
