It has an awful entrance and crumbling stairs up to the apartment. I wouldn't go there again.

The smell in the bathroom is of sewage. I saw some reviews about this, but then asked the agent if the bathroom smells of sewage. They replied, 'no, it does not smell of sewage', and so I booked. But guess what, the bathroom smells of sewage, so they lied about this. It is surprising that the owner does not fix this problem with the property. The entrance is horrible, like most properties here. The stairs are difficult, and crumbling - remember, this is Ukraine and nothing gets fixed, it is just left to rot and then collapse. There is no wardrobe (anywhere to hang clothes) in the second bedroom. The second bathroom is pointless because it doesn't have a toilet. The interior is tatty and needs refurbishment - wallpaper scuffs, furniture, kitchen utensils.

We could not find any toilet paper, paper towels or Kleenex. The bathroom had a smell coming from the pipes, but this was also true in a nearby apartment our friend rented, so it is probably a city problem.

Great appartment, it looks exactly like the pictures. Really modern, luxurious and beautiful. Appartment is really wonderfull on a great location. Keep in mind there is 1 toilet with shower seperate and then there is the bedroom with bathtub and 2 sinks. Every room has a tv and fireplace including the livingroom. The appartment is close to the centre, 12 minutes walk to rynok square.

You only get 2 toiletpapers rols, doesnt matter how long you stay, when asked for more they said u only get 2. Its not a big deal we got it our selfs but for the price you pay you would expect more service then this petiness.
