friendly helpful host...excellent cooked breakfast included in price...lovely comfortable room/bed/decor...beautifully well kept house...close to Poole. famous Harbour Town.....lots of food (eating) shops close by Guest House and a Pub with meals...and a Lidl store just up road...friendly other guests staying at Guest House which made such a friendly atmosphere at breakfast...great conversations...Many Thank yous to host...a big thumbs up from Jim and Susan

Great location, close to shops etc very comfortable and very welcoming. Flexible about breakfast, as I had to leave early they made sure I had some cereal and coffee in my room for the morning.

Parking a little tight but manageable. Nothing more to say really but Booking.com needs a minimum number of characters. Proceeds to fill minimum characters: VVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVV

Very clean .very lovely breakfast .mine hosts very lovely helpfull people .def stay there again if i visit poole again . One of the best places ive stayed in in all of my travels
