Location. Close to the center.

When we have made the booking the address was given as in Retoryka street, but when we arrived and received check in information it turned out to be in Kosciuzska street. It is 650 metres away so we lost money on parking which we had already made before checkin. Floor was not clean enough. Wooden floor by the shower was twisted because the shower leeks water. Hairdryer not working. Called the staff to get a new one and they ensured to bring a new one in the morning before our checkout, but never brought one.

Small couch was hardly comfortable for 2 persons. This apartment is max for 3 persons to stay comfortable.

told us 2 different addresses in the booking so we were at the wrong place, not enough bin bags, bowls too small. from the pictures it looks like there's another room, but it's a separate apartment on the same listing

It was very clean and very close to city center. It had all the required kitchen equipments. The staff were very helpfull and responded promptly in all our requests.

Easily got the keys. The facility owner provided the company invoice for us. Clean. Good location. I would recommend it for a short stay. Terrace was huge which is a good thing. Towel was provided as well.

The bed could have been more comfy. Mattress wasn't the best choice. No dental kit and shower gel.

I was expecting to have at least one double bad, but all beds were twins

The apartment is really nice, we liked kitchen and bathroom, very clean, with new equipment. Our staying was quite comfortable. Good internet connection. Location very close to Wavel.

All beds were really noisy. I was sleeping with kid and she woke up every time I made a move :( Trams on the street were very noisy too, starting from early morning and until midnight, it disturbed our sleep a lot. Only paid parking around.
