The location and view

The view was magnificent, the location(close to shops) was great. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds comfortable and sheets clean, pillows lovely. Plenty of space with the 2 living areas. And loved the enclosed top veranda so we could sit out there without being blown away and enjoy the ocean view.
I have emailed the property managers a list of what needs to be done and needed for the property. I have not heard anything back as yet. As this list is quite extensive, it is not appropriate to put in this review. Little things, broken shower head, floor sandy and furniture dusty etc.

Very shabby needs a complete remodel and very expensive for what we got.

This house was in the best location! Literally across the road from Caves Beach which was patrolled (school holidays) and Mylo’s Cafe. We only tried the coffee but everything looked delicious.
So much to explore within walking distance- Split Rock, rock pools, caves.
We could also walk to Caves Hotel for dinner.
The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates etc. The only room for improvement was more decent sized wine glasses, but we fixed that for the next guests by leaving behind some we bought locally at an op shop.

Location was fantastic, just a walk across the road to get to Caves beach and the look out. There were 2 kitchens and living spaces that gave us ample space to accommodate our large family.
The bathrooms and laundry facilities were dated, but this was expected from the description/reviews.

Dated, rotting, aged building and fixtures, lower level kitchen is inoperable (I’m on crutches so didn’t see upstairs), hot airless only two air cons one each level.

fantastic position directly opposite caves beach. also has a pool which was good when the breeze came up in the afternoons. lots of bedding options with 6 bedrooms. we’ll equipped kitchen and 2 lounge areas. close to eating options and pub.
older home which has been repainted inside. some upgrades needed to bathrooms. stairs dodgey with screws loose in the bannister.

My friends and I were shocked by the location! We had never heard of caves beach but it ended up being the most gorgeous trip. The beach is so much nicer than it looks in the photos and is super quiet in the afternoon. The house has an incredible view and the location could not be more perfect - it was quiet and calm, but also had shops and restaurants nearby. We also loved that there were two kitchens (easy management for dietary requirements) and also two living rooms on different levels. We will definitely be back and will recommend this place 100%!!
