The hotel was absolutely terrible. We arrived and you could barely see 1 person that checked in, there were no services available, no restaurant, no room service… the receptionists couldn’t even speak english so we had to translate everything on google to understand each other. The room was a mess, unclean, the towels were dirty and old, the bathroom had direct connection with the bedroom with just an awful curtain covering the bathtub… The worst part was the noise, there is no sound isolation whatsoever so you can hear everything that happens on the corridors and other people’s rooms. People were screaming and they hit the walls so hard that we woke up completely scared and we were 2 girls… it was really scary!! We heard women screaming… It was a complete scam, it has nothing to with the pictures, i don’t even understand how it is a 4 star hotel when it actually feels like a 1 star… we complained at the reception yet again with another member of the staff who couldn’t understand a word of english, asked to speak with the manager who refused to refund us for the terrible conditions… in return for that amazing empathy for 2 girls who needed the money back to switch hotels at the middle of the night, here I am writing this awful comment in hope that no more people fall for the same scam we did and never book this hotel.

Not 1 thing to be happy about, do not waste your time!!! Photos and images are NOTHING like what you get. We booked this hotel as a family of 4, for 4 nights - we checked out after 1, and had i of been able to get another hotel on the same day as check in, we would have left right away. On arrival, the hotel room was horrible!! It was dirty, with mould and bubbling and food marks all over the walls, mirrors not cleaned, hair on the floor, cubbards falling apart in the bathroom, a bathtub with no taps, towels with holes that looked like they were 10 years old, tthe shower had no pressure to it and was cold! Stains on the bedsheets! A family room and only 1 sofa to sit 2 people, a TV that was fuzzy and no english chanels. We went to reception and complained and they did send up housekeeping to clean, and the offered us to move rooms (to a smaller one) and then offered us a conjoining room to the family room as compensation. The cleaners came and dusted and mopped, it made no difference. On booking it states they have a restaurant on site - in the in room information folder it says there is room service. They do not! They only offer breakfast! Amazing to not be able to get any food after travelling many hours with young children. You have to go to the 7 11 next door, or walk 15 minutes to the town to find any sort of food for lunch / dinner. Breakfast was cold, only fried eggs offered and they were not even cooked. Buffet is only offered if they have enough guests, otherwise you get a set meal which again, looks aweful and processed. We checked out as soon as we could the next mornimg and of course, no conpensation or refund offered. How this hotel has received a 4* rate is beyond me! At 80£ per night, there is nothing 4* about it. The level is what i would expect from a hostel. Would not ever stay again and you shoulnt either. The location was close to the town which we explored in the evening to find dinner, and that was cute and lovely.

the pool was amazing and the room was big and comfortable. there is a 7 eleven right outside the hotel which is super convenient .

there isn’t anything interesting to do around the hotel, and we really struggled to find a place to eat that was near it. plus, some tours charged us extra to pick us up from the hotel.

The pool is really nice and clean. Comfortable, very large room with a big balcony. I liked how it was decorated. The walk to the center of Krabi town takes apx 15 min next to a large road.

There could be more choice for breakfast. You cannot use the bathtub as a bathtub, only as shower.

we wanted to change the dates of the stay and the stuff didn't help us with even partial refund so we had to pay for 1 week in addition to the time we stayed there because we already paid.

No room between bedroom and toilet , just a curtain. Quite dangerous if you have a toddler like me.

cleanliness and pleasant/ helpful staff. Comfortable bed ( must like a hard mattress), pillows. sheets are like new. Pool is great.

if you want more than 1 pillow each they charge for it.

the staff were amazing!! the owner even took us free of charge to the golf course 20minutes away “what a guy”🙏🏼

Great place to stay, all the staff are professional and friendly. Amenities are excellent, aspecially the pool, the hotel is about a ten minute walk into the heart of Krabi town. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and street food venders.

Breakfast was a little disappointing

very quiet, friendly staff, good rooms and pool/ gym facilities.

Had to pay 300 baht to check in 2 hours early. Staff were friendly. Breakfast didn’t look amazing so passed on that. Was upgraded to premium pool access room due to problem which was nice and I enjoyed this room.

Lots of ants in rooms.

All of the staff that we spoke to were absolutely lovely!!! Gave plenty of info about the surrounding areas and pointed us in the direction of a great night market. Comfy enough room and everything worked as it should. Directly next to 7/11 which was very convenient.

Some areas could do with a bit of a revamp (shower/ furniture etc).

Room was nice. Cleaned every day to a great standard. Fridge topped up with water every day. Fun that the room went straight into pool area.

Guestbook information was repeatedly false. Said there was a free shuttle into Krabi town- this was not available. Laundry services and spa services not available. Hotel does not offer any help with tours etc. Staff were unhelpful, asked to book a taxi and this changed price during our stay for the same 5 minute journey to the town. Paid 150 baht once, then 200 baht the next time, hotel trying to make money from this. Have to travel to Krabi town for food (20-25 minute walk) so location not great.
