Not completely good experience. TV was broken and internet service not working

Family of 4 (2 Adults & 2 young adults) is perfect if you want space, ability to cook light meals, pool access and walking distance to the beach. Ability to walk the beach at night low tide with a good flashlight to view small aquatic creatures. Had an issue with water but the management team was very responsive. 70 miles from San Juan but Isabel is a place for family with plenty to see if you don’t want the city attractions of San Juan. Stayed a total of 6 days (2 travel/driving to/from San Juan/4 days in Isabel). Definitely a place for a family trip. Will definitely book again.

I didn’t like that the owner don’t disclose the information about the property, starting by the name of the apartment complex which is misleading. The owner didn’t send me the instructions to get in the apartment ahead of the time of arrival, the app sent something that said how to get in your rental apartment so I thought that was enough to get in, until I was lost because the name they use to advertise the apartment is the same of the nearby hotel, so I had to call the owner to tell how to get to the apartment, then he sent me the location, and these was one day after the actual date of arrival because of a situation a had I could not get there . Beware the hostess of this property is not helpful!!! The sheets in the bedroom are old and stained. I would not stay here again.

Central location, 5-10 minute drive to popular beaches and great restaurants. The Security upon entering is great and helpful. There are Kiosks with great food, a 5 minute walk up from security gate. Quiet and the Pool, although I didn't get to use, looks very clean and quiet. Nice place to relax.

Central location, 5-10 minute drive to popular beaches and great restaurants. The Security upon entering is great and helpful. There are Kiosks with great food, a 5 minute walk up from security gate. Quiet and the Pool, although I didn't get to use, looks very clean and quiet. Nice place to relax.

Una experiencia inolvidable
Tengo que decir que los comentarios y las fotos que se han publicado sobre esta propiedad se quedan cortas. El apartamento es bellisimo y muy comodo. Estaba inmaculadamente limpio, rodeado de paisajes hermosos y de playas espectaculares. Excelente para alejarse del bullicio y descansar. Con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia maravillosa.

To start off the day of check in we were not able to check in to the apartments due to other guest being there.
The apartment that we stayed in smelled bad. Thank God we bought our own home fragrance.
The beach is a suffers beach so the waves are very strong and beautiful but not for people who cannot swim. There is also a-lot of debris on the beach so not very safe for kids.
The bathrooms were the ultimate worst. Reused shower curtain that smelled and made you not want to touch anything.
The sofa couch is old and has many spots on it.
The floors were dirty as if they had not been swept or mopped.
THE BED .... omg the bed has the same blue throw blanket from the picture. It looks and smell used.
Take it from me: I am a clean freak and having am AIRBNB during covid is tough. We had to stay an extra day due to our flights and thank goodness the host said no. We found another place that was very, very immaculately cleaned to the point where you could smell the cleanliness in the air.
I tried not to be so rough with my review but this place is not worth the money. The other place were we stayed was cleaner and cheaper and on a cleaner beach.
Also the pool advertisement needs to be removed. Even if covid did not exist as a guest in a HOA you are not able to use the pool area. That is in the addendum that the host sends out before check in.
So there is no pool, beautiful beach but its not all that safe nor clean. We all felt like we were itching from something each day but did not know what is was.
