Owners easy to communicate with and even stocked a few things for us with late arrival. Nice neighborhood but a bit far to most Paris attractions. Stairs a bit narrow and no handrail. Young families with kids who love to use Metro should find this a good choice.

This was a great property in a perfect location to explore Paris. Convenient to multiple metro lines, we had no issue getting around town.

It was our first time in Paris, and we are glad that we found this apartment, it was the best decision!
The location is just perfect, close to everything, the Metro, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, shopping, taxis and I could go on and on.
Rooms are spacious and clean, bathrooms were well supplied (towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.).
The kitchen has everything you need, and the living room/ dining area was perfectly arranged.
We felt safe around the area, people were nice, so we have no complaints.
We would recommend this location anytime and we will definitely rent it again on our next trip to Paris.
Maitis was great, she was available to assist us when we needed help.
Maitis, thank you so much for providing a wonderful stay in your property, our teenage girls loved it and are already planning a comeback! :-)

the apartment is lovely. the photos do not do it justice. the hosts are super clear and easy to deal with. my whole family loved everything about the apartment : the location is great, the apartment has everything you could need, it is all very comfortable and clean and cute. would return in a heartbeat.

This great place has everything you need for a nice stay in Paris. It is very close to the metro, lots of great shops, restaurants and groceries and a lovely little Italian coffee shop around the corner. You won't be disappointed!!!

The pictures don't do justice of how great a place this is. The courtyard is beautiful and the place looks just as good if not better than the pictures describe. The location is great, there are multiple metro stations nearby making it easy to get around and lots of good cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We loved our stay. Host was great and very responsive.

Basically quite satisfied with a comfortable duplex in an interesting neighborhood.. One problem however, was a mouse who made a couple appearances-the owners might want to do a good inspection and seal any entrance points. Also, the glasses, while plentiful, could use a few in slightly larger sizes.

We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful place. It is very well situated in town and surprisingly quiet. The apartment is very clean and well equipped, and the beds are super comfortable. Definitely a good address to remember for next time!

Zentrale Lage - optimale Raumnutzung - interessante Hinterhofbebauung
Wir haben drei schöne Tage hier zu acht (Eltern, fünf Kinder + Oma) verbracht. Das Objekt war sauber und ist funktional eingerichtet. Der für acht Personen eher knappe Platz ist sehr gut verteilt - kleine aber ausreichende Schlafräume, dafür vergleichsweise großer offener Küchen-/Ess-/Wohnbereich). Das Objekt ist eng und exakt in die letzte verbliebene Hinterhofbaulücke gesetzt, so dass die Wohnung nicht sehr hell ist, was aber aus der Beschreibung zu ahnen ist. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und innerhalb Paris zentral, mit ausreichend und vielfältigem kulinarischem Angebot in der nahen Umgebung. Check in / out funktionierte nach genauer Beschreibung perfekt. Einziger Wermutstropfen: das nächste Parkhaus für Fahrzeuge > 1,9 m Höhe liegt 10min zu Fuß entfernt und kostete insgesamt fast 100 EUR.

The apt. had everything we needed (laundry facility with washer and dryer - free to use), dishwasher, fridge, etc. It's in a complex so we just needed to be quiet when entering the building after hours. The apt. was centrally located to shops and restaurants. We booked a city and food tour and they started from our apt. and took us around The Marais. We had an unforgettable time in Paris. The apt. owner was very friendly and helpful.

We really liked the area and felt safe all the time and had easy access to the Metro. We highly recommend to anyone staying in the area!

Wir haben zu 8 (2 Familien mit Teenagern) eine tolle Zeit in Paris verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen (Metro und Bushaltestelle in der Nähe) und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und alles war sehr sauber. Ein Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke! Die Kommunikation mit Maitis war perfekt! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Great location, true to pictures
The property was great. The packet of information was very helpful. It was very clean upon arrival and true to the pictures. The bunk beds were great for the 4 kids. It was in a good location. I would have given it 5 stars except for the air conditioning units were not working the first night(very hot day). They did take care of immediately and fixed the next day. Wonderful communication before and during trip.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub in Paris
Sehr freundlicher Kontakt zwischen uns und der Agentur. Trotz früher Anreise, durften wir schon die Koffer in der Wohnung abstellen und uns wurde sofort der Schlüssel ausgehändigt. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet. Handtücher und Bettdecken waren ausreichend vorhanden. Alles sehr sauber, hell und freundlich. Ausstattung war modern wie auf den Photos abgebildet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral, Supermarkt und Bäckerei sowie METRO in unmittlbarer Nähe. Wohnung ist ausreichend für 8 Personen.
