This is our second year staying at crystal towers and the 20th floor views are amazing! Our only complaints about the condo is suggesting they had done a better job sweeping the floors especially under the furniture and in the bedrooms. Under the pullout couches in the living room area it looked like it hadn’t been swept under for quite some time. Also, the kitchen was very under stocked with very little of the necessities to cook meals if you are wanting to dine in and cook meals in the condo. Otherwise everything else was great!

We rented this unit for our anniversary. It was well appointed, clean, check in was easy and efficient. Unit came with a much appreciated kurig and the basics for a functional kitchen. The views were breathtaking from both rooms. From the balcony you can see and hear the waves. But the best surprise was you get a front seat view of BOTH the sunrise and sunset on the balcony.
Absolutely everything we ate in the area was amazing and everyone we spoke to was very pleasant and helpful. We are already talking about when we can come back and enjoy this wonderful place again.

Nothing extravagant but it was pretty good. The king bed has a queen size comforter which didn’t work out well and no blanket for the sofa bed only a sheet. Other than that, would stay again.

The living, dining and kitchen area were very nice. The master and guest beds were comfortable, but the sheets did not fit and came off the mattress every night. When we arrived, the TV remotes were all in the living room with a pile of batteries, none of which worked. There was not a remote for the living room TV. There are no blankets at all in the unit and only 6-8 hangers. Housekeeping was lacking; when we arrived, there was something spilled in the dishwasher causing a foul odor throughout. We found a cup with dried milk under the guest bed and gummi bears and socks under the master bed. There were 2 dirty towels in the washer and the dryer did not work the entire week. The repair man came and said a part needed to be ordered. I e-mailed the host several days before our visit to ask questions and still have not received a reply. I also called on our first day to report the problems. Linda took a report and said someone would contact us, but we never received a reply. We visit Gulf Shores every year and have stayed at Crystal Tower several times. It is a beautiful resort with wonderful views, but this unit was a disappointment.

This place was clean and and relaxing. Close to everything. Had everything you could want. If weather permitting we would like to come back th same time next year and rent this unit #2006. Thank Linda B

The condo was extremely clean and inviting. We also had plenty of linens and toiletries. The view was also amazing!

Absolutely would return. My only complaint was the floor was really dirty I had to go buy a swifter and mop it myself. Other than that everything was excellent and the view is exceptional.

Second, the Keurig machine didn’t work! Mama needs her coffee! Once you put the pod in, it punches a hole at the top, but not the bottom! So only water was coming thru. Please get that fixed! Thankfully, they coffee pot worked.
Overall, we had an amazing stay! The view, the pools! We were so relaxed! I hope to be back soon!

Second, the Keurig machine didn’t work! Mama needs her coffee! Once you put the pod in, it punches a hole at the top, but not the bottom! So only water was coming thru. Please get that fixed! Thankfully, they coffee pot worked.
Overall, we had an amazing stay! The view, the pools! We were so relaxed! I hope to be back soon!

Roof construction was going on the entire time. Couldn’t even sleep on vacation. It was horrible. Elevator was slow and took a hour to get to us. We rode it for like 30 mins because it would never go to the 20th floor. It would always stop at the 19th. Room was great and view was good. Great location, but these issues needs to be address spending that kind of money on a condo

You can expect a 20 minute wait every time you push the elevator button. Then it stops in almost every floor regardless if someone is getting on or off. This was with all 3 of the elevators working. We were on 20th floor and had to take steps several times due to only 1 elevator working. This also seems to be an ongoing issue. If they could get this fixed, I would highly recommend.

I enjoyed my stay here! The views were great. You might even see dolphins near the beach from this vantage point like I did several times. It’s a great place and nice area. I’d stay here again for sure.

We really enjoyed the condo and amenities. The only downside of our trip was the Skywalk is closed so can be hard to cross the street with several children and all your beach supplies. Also, our particular condo did not have any dressers. We had to keep our clothes in luggage and tubs, very awkward. But other than that we loved the condo!

Loved Our Stay
We really enjoyed the condo and amenities. The only downside of our trip was the Skywalk is closed so can be hard to cross the street with several children and all your beach supplies. Good location and beach access
The main thing to keep this place from getting a 5 star was the fact we never got the access code to get into our condo. We arrived after 5 and we’re on hold for at least 30 minutes trying to be able to get a code to get in since received all emails except the one with codes for entry! Did talk to a nice lady who did help get us in and said put a ticket in, but never heard from anyone again. Little things like remote batteries dead, kueirg not working kinda hampered but typical to have some little things go wrong.

Snowbirds
We love this condo. We enjoyed the view on the top floor. But we got brown water one night without any notice. That’s the only thing to complain about during our stay.

It has an amazing view, the bed was super comfortable, loved the amenities and location
Overall it was a nice stay. Awesome view, amenities were nice, location was good, Cleaning could have been done better, there was hair in the master bathroom and the guest bathroom as well as some dirt in guest bath and dirt in the “dips” on the coffee table and end table. Oh and do not drink the water from the fridge 🤢

Clean condo but needs some TLC
The place was clean but needs a few things to be fixed. The bed in master bedroom is so hard. Mattress needs to be replaced. There are no curtain so expect an early wake up call when the sun rises. All remote controls need batteries to be changed. Also, owner needs to invest on key code pad for the door. I was so afraid to lose the keys when we went to the beach. We had a good time.
