The property was very clean and is in a great location that is quiet but has easy accessibility. The owner was also very helpful and communicated consistently throughout my stay. I would recommend staying here!

We have friends in Palm Harbor and visit them every year…we couldn’t stay with them this year and this place was a minute walk from their house. It was clean, perfect size and location. Beds were REALLY comfortable. The amazing Crystal Beach sunsets are just a walk away! We would definitely stay here again!

Close to beaches and restaurants not as busy this time of year

This is an awesome little condo in a really great location. First, and most importantly in my opinion, it is an incredibly clean property. I’m a bit on the crazy side with regards to cleanliness which is why I despise staying in a hotel. This place passed my cleanliness inspection with flying colors. Absolutely no concerns with regards to how nice and clean this property is. Also the location of this condo is just delightful. It basically sits right on a beautiful walking/biking trail that allows you to easily walk to a couple beautiful parks and beaches with incredible sunsets. My visit was a girls weekend for myself and my bestie so it was nice to have two comfortable bedrooms as well as two separate bathrooms. This property would also be perfect for a couple or a couple with one extra. I hope I have the opportunity to return as this is a really great little spot in the world.

Quiet neighborhood with views of The Pinellas Trail while sitting on covered back deck. Fully equipped kitchen & even lots of shampoos etc..in bathrooms. Plenty of plush towels as well!

Great rental at an awesome price! Neighborhood was nice and quite. Its only a few miles to the beach and there's a nice paved walking trail within 100 feet of the condo.

It was very easy to rent this condo thru VRBO. Carol Witt wad very quick to answer any questions we had. A great location convenient to everything from Tarpon Springs to Dunedin. Exceptionally clean, with comfortable furniture and a pleasant back deck. And the Pinellas Trail being within sight just adds to the highlights. What struck us most was how quiet the neighborhood is. This place will be our first choice when we visit the area again.

Thank you for having bikes available, it was the highlight of our trip. A nice quiet neighborhood and soooo close to the bike path.

This property was perfect! Very close to everything you might want to do, only thing I would mention is if you plan on doing your cooking at the house for dinners look threw what they have, we had to buy some cooking utensils to cook meals but other then that everything was perfect!

The condo location was perfect for our main wants and desires; almost on the Pinellas Trail and close to beaches and dining. The home was clean and well stocked as advertised. Carol was quick to respond to an immediate request on the 1st morning of our stay. Although the issues noted in the prior reviews remained to be addressed, she indicated the repairs were scheduled to be addressed after our stay. Also, the front steps leading into the condo are in need of repair. We have stayed in many accommodations using VRBO and would rate this condo a ‘5 Star’ once the issues are corrected.

This was our first VRBO rental and everything was great! The back porch was unusable but we were notified of that ahead of time and it wasn't an issue - safety first, especially since we had kids. The house was clean and we loved the nice homey feel. The dryer was super loud but it worked fine. Didn't use the dishwasher. We grocery shopped previous to checking in and had bought coffee, creamer, shampoo, etc not realizing there was plenty there (so we left our new items for the next people). The beds could be bigger - full size for grown ups is a little snug and they were a little firm for our liking but everyone slept fine. The ice cream shop within walking distance was great and it was a quick 20 minute drive to Clearwater Beach and about 10 to Tarpon Springs. Great, quiet location and we would definitely rent here again! Thank you so much for such a lovely place!

Clean, great location. Close to trail in which a plus for us.

The condo was for the most part as listed and it was nicely decorated and the area was lovely. The beds were full size rather than Queen as listed and we were notified literally the day before that the outdoor patio was unusable because it was in Carols words in need of major repair. It turned out there was an issue with the railing and when we got there we discovered there was also a rot hole in the floor of the patio which was covered with a faded piece of plywood that looked like it had been there for a while. Then there was just a bunch of odd things from light switches that didn’t work on the stairs, the dishwasher isn’t fastened in place so when the door was opened it tipped and it was hard to latch it to run because the machine moved around in the cabinet to a dryer that was so loud it sounded like an airplane was taking off and there was no range hood so cooking had we done any would have been problematic. . We have stayed at VRBO’s many times and while it was fine, this was the first time we have ever been disappointed. Carol was generally responsive to questions but I was also less than thrilled that it took her over two hours to respond to questions about the expected hurricane especially considering the condo is in Evacuation Zone A which should really be in the listing or posted prominently in the home. In the end it was a relatively inexpensive place to stay while visiting family and going to the beach and we didn’t use it for more than sleeping but if we had planned to spend any real amount of time there it would have been much less ok.
