Nuestro ático está ubicado en el centro, lo que le permite llegar fácilmente a muchos destinos turísticos diferentes en el área de Guilin, incluidos; el aeropuerto, el puerto del río Li, Yang Shuo y los campos de arroz con terrazas Longji. La puerta principal de nuestro alquiler de vacaciones está situada en la carretera de turismo de oro de Guilin. Wanfu Plaza, con el supermercado más grande de Guilin y cafeterías, restaurantes, cine Dmax y centros comerciales, parques infantiles para niños a solo 2 kilómetros de distancia, a 5 minutos en autobús público para llegar allí. Los autobuses públicos Nº 12 y Nº 28 comienzan desde la puerta de nuestra comunidad.
Para llegar a nuestro alquiler de vacaciones, tome el ascensor hasta el piso 11. Desde aquí se puede ver las impresionantes montañas dentadas desde los dormitorios, baños y balcones. El ático de 2000 pies cuadrados (150 metros cuadrados) se distribuye en dos pisos con 4 dormitorios, 3 baños, 3 balcones, una sala de estar, un comedor y una cocina. Verdadera inmersión: experiencia de por vida *****
No hay suficientes palabras para transmitir lo maravilloso que he sido la semana que estuve en la casa de Daisy. Si buscas verdaderas inmersiones: vivir entre los lugareños. este es el lugar. Su ático es espacioso y limpio. Está ubicado en un condominio / complejo de apartamentos con una casa de guardia. Además de imprevistos, hay una pequeña tienda de conveniencia en las instalaciones. Si lo desea, puede pedirle a Daisy que organice viajes locales por Guilin y restaurantes. Su casa es bastante cómoda y todas las habitaciones tienen wc. la ubicación no está en el centro de guilin y eso estuvo bien para nosotros. pero un autobús de 5 minutos desde el frente del complejo lo llevará a supermercados, un pequeño centro comercial, restaurantes y bancos. Si está dispuesto a aprender chino y a hablar inglés a los niños, Daisy tiene una escuela que enseña inglés a niños de primaria. . Daisy y Guilin son una combinación perfecta *****
Estamos muy agradecidos de habernos conectado con Daisy para ayudarnos a planificar nuestra visita a Guilin. Desde el momento en que estuvimos en contacto, ella hizo todo lo posible para satisfacer nuestras necesidades como familia e incluso acomodó nuestro itinerario para mantenerse dentro de nuestro presupuesto. Nuestro vuelo fue cancelado dos veces, y Daisy hizo todo lo posible para ayudarnos a llegar a Guilin. Una vez que estuvimos en Guilin, tuvimos el privilegio de pasar 3 días de viaje con Daisy, ya que ella nos llevó a los campos de arroz de Longhi, organizó un crucero por el río Li, nos llevó al monte Yao y nos guió a través del parque Seven Star, entre otras cosas. Ella es una gran cantidad de información, y fue genial con nuestros 3 hijos (9, 11 y 13). El alojamiento en el ático es excelente. Las camas son muy cómodas, lo cual es raro en China. Todas las comodidades necesarias están en la cocina. La unidad de calefacción central en la habitación principal mantuvo la temperatura cómoda para nuestra familia, y estuvimos allí a fines de diciembre. Vistas encantadoras de la campiña de Guilin! *****
¡Nos sentimos bendecidos de haber encontrado margaritas en Vrbo! Ella nos ayudó con nuestros vuelos entre varias ciudades y comidas junto con sitios de exploración. Porque solo éramos nosotros dos tuvimos un recorrido íntimo con la mejor experiencia de Daisy en la industria de viajes. Nuestro clima era muy húmedo en la hermosa Guilin, pero Daisy fue capaz de aprovechar al máximo los cambios de planes para que pudiéramos experimentar al máximo en nuestra visita. Great Location and Comfortable Living
The apartment was just right for our family of five. We all had space to sleep, hang out, and eat together. Daisy was awesome, educational, FLEXIBLE, friendly and fun!! We learned so much from her, it was like walking around with a history and culture book. We were so impressed with how she adapted to our family's rhythm. We also appreciated all the spontaneous times she and Zho stopped the van and let us out on the side of the road because we just HAD to see something! THANK YOU!!!

Daisy and Guilin are a perfect combination.
We are so thankful to have connected with Daisy to help us plan our visit to Guilin. From the moment we were in contact, she did everything possible to meet our needs as a family and even accommodated our itinerary to stay within our budget. Our flight was cancelled twice, and Daisy went above and beyond to help us get to Guilin. Once we were in Guilin, we had the privilege to spend 3 travel days with Daisy, as she brought us to the Longhi Rice Paddy Fields, set up a Li River Cruise, brought us up Mount Yao, and guided us through Seven Star Park, among other things. She is a wealth of information, and she was great with our 3 kids (9,11, and 13). The accommodations in the Penthouse are excellent. The beds are very comfortable, which is rare for China. All necessary amenities are in the kitchen. The central heating unit in the main room kept the temperature comfortable for our family, and we were there in late December. If you want to visit Guilin and get the local perspective, I highly recommend that you stay here and ask Daisy to be your travel guide. She's wonderful!

On a busy, bustling day in Guilin, Daisy Chan greeted us on the opposite side of a street that was torn apart, and scraped bare due to construction. Daisy was warm and hospitable, helping us with our suitcases as she directed us to the apartment. The apartment was as promised, roomy and spacey, clean and adequately furnished, with an elevator that drops you right at the apartment door. Hopefully when you choose to rent this apartment, the construction and renovation of this part of Guilin will be completed. There is a brand new mall opening a short bus ride away from Daisy’s apartment featuring a large modern super market fully equipped for shopping needs. Our experience with Daisy was more than exceptional. She was extremely helpful and always answered her phone and our questions. A word of caution however, the heating system of the apartment is not equitable to most western standards. Unfortunately, we chose December to visit Guilin and coming from New England, were not use to the ‘spotty-heating’ systems used in China. Charming apartment in a small town in Guilin
On a busy, bustling day in Guilin, Daisy Chan greeted us on the opposite side of a street that was torn apart, and scraped bare due to construction. Daisy was warm and hospitable, helping us with our suitcases as she directed us to the apartment. The apartment was as promised, roomy and spacey, clean and adequately furnished, with an elevator that drops you right at the apartment door. Hopefully when you choose to rent this apartment, the construction and renovation of this part of Guilin will be completed. There is a brand new mall opening a short bus ride away from Daisy’s apartment featuring a large modern super market fully equipped for shopping needs. Our experience with Daisy was more than exceptional. She was extremely helpful and always answered her phone and our questions. A word of caution however, the heating system of the apartment is not equitable to most western standards. Unfortunately, we chose December to visit Guilin and coming from New England, were not use to the ‘spotty-heating’ systems used in China. Our weather was very wet in beautiful Guilin, but Daisy was able to make the best of it changing plans so we could experience the most on our visit. The Penthouse was more then ample for us! With all the comforts of home we were even able to do some laundry. We especially enjoyed meeting your student's from your English class!! I'm not sure if we'll get the opportunity to visit again, but we would totally stay with you.

Not only does she rent this wonderful holiday home, she also offers informative, safe and value added tours of the surrounding area. Daisy will give you an honest price and work hard to make sure your trip is everything you want it to be.
Her rental is located on the top floor of an apartment/condo building and its two stories. There is plenty of room for large groups or big families which is HARD to find anywhere in China. The price is unbeatable since you aren't forced to rent 2 hotel rooms to fit your family.
The rough and jagged mountains that make Guilin famous are visible from all the balconies of Daisy's place. She makes a great breakfast - which even my picky little eaters were happy with.
We hired her for 4 days of touring and it was wonderful to be able to custom pick the places we wanted to go and things we wanted to do rather than join a large group. I was very impressed with the van driver Daisy choose for us. He was such a safe driver and I felt confident that he could manage the long drives on sometimes a little scary roads.
She gave us great restaurant advice and made sure we were able to get where we wanted to go. A taxi ride to downtown from Daisy's place is a little far but just a couple bucks.
I would highly highly recommend Daisy's rental to anyone going to Guilin. Also - if her place is already rented - contact her for tours. She's probably the most honest tour guide out there.

Pretty Guilin!

If you are looking for true immersions; living among the locals... this is the place. Her penthouse is spacious and clean. It's located in a condo/apartment complex with a guard house. In addition, for incidentals there is a little convenience store on the premises.
If you'd like you can ask Daisy to organize local trips around Guilin as well as restaurants. Pretty much if need something done she and her husband, a doctor of massage therapy, can make it happen. If you ask her husband he will give you a massage at the penthouse; for a fee.
Her home is quite comfortable and all the rooms have WC. The location is not in downtown Guilin and that was ok for us. But a 5 min bus from in front of the complex will get you to supermarkets, a small mall, restaurants, and banks. If you are willing to learn Chinese and willing to speak English to children, Daisy has a school that teaches English to elementary school kids. We took advantage of that and did a lot of local activities with the children and their families.
I felt very welcome in Daisy's home and in Guilin. So happy I lived among the locals.

We were originally skeptical about renting a place in China, especially sending money in advance, however we were pleasantly surprised both with the place and in dealing with the owner.
The owner was very responsive, informative and easy to talk to via email and phone. She arranged rides for all parties to arrive and leave at different schedules, suggested our sightseeing plans, and even got us discount tickets to all attractions.
The penthouse condo is clean and well-maintained, very comfortable to stay, about half an hour ride to downtown Guilin. The owner or her husband dropped off breakfast for us each day to prepare the next morning. It was a combination of western and Chinese style breakfast.
There are markets and restaurants within 10 minutes walking or ride. We enjoyed an afternoon stroll in the downtown pedestrian only market, a night cruise on Li river and other lakes in Guilin, a day trip on a Li River sightseeing boat, delicious local cuisine in YangSuo and magnificent evening show Impression SanJie Liu on Li River, excellent Chinese massages at rental home.
Our hosts are very accommodating and welcoming during our stay, and tried to make everyone feel at home. They quickly responded to all of our requests and questions, friendly and professional.
Guilin is a very beautiful city to visit, our hosts made it truly memorable.

Daisy: An official Travel Guide,she knows the must see places,as well as offbeat gems.She is
unflappable, irrepressable ,reliable and I miss her smile.
Soong:(sp?) Dr. Soong does EVERYTHING - cooking, massage, managing, nurturing. Kind and calm.
I list these traits because although the accomodations are clean, attractive and comfortable. it is the
family and the effort they put in to making your stay memorable that would be hard to duplicate.

Beautiful City, Beautiful apartment
This charming apartment is on the top floor in a condo complex on the south side of Guilin. It is very new,clean, and has beautiful views of the countryside and the city. Daisy, her husband, and son are extremely nice people and very helpful. My daughter and I enjoyed sitting in on her English class, as well as food from her garden. It is a short walk to take a shuttle bus into the city center. The Mall,movie theater, and grocery shopping are very close, as well as the Hei Shan Botanical Gardens. I can't wait to go back next summer!

An unforgettable experience in an unforgettable location
Staying at this property proved to be an outstanding way to visit the beautiful Guilin-area for our family. The property was clean, well-maintained and filled with useful and unique amenities. The property owners were friendly, flexible, accommodating, capable and honest. This accommodation was in the "bed-and-breakfast style." The family stayed on the lower level and cooked meals, arranged/guided trips (when requested) and met our needs/wants. Tea was fabulous. Home-cooked meals were memorable and delicious. Conversations were thoughtful and entertaining. Highly recommended for an unforgettable experience in an unforgettable location.
