Loved the Gordon Ramsay Restaurant, this is the only thing good they have going for them based on my experience
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A ROOM! Our A/C made a loud pop every time it kicked on. After trying to sleep we called maintenance to come fix it. Maintenance said they COULD NOT FIX IT BECAUSE EVERY ROOM DOES IT. My in-laws did not have this issue other than their A/C not working. Even after they were changed to a different room due to their room not being ready in time. After our sleepless night I asked for a refund due to no sleep. The manager gave $50 back which wasn't even close to a full refund.
All of this happened after they didn't have the champagne and strawberries we requested to be in the room. At check in they said they didn't know about it after we sent the message and called for the request. Come to find out the manager says they can do the strawberries and champagne but she never got the message because she was on vacation. Why not have multiple employees that have access to the messaging system? Just a thought. We won't be going back unless it's just to eat at Gordon Ramsays restaurant again. Horrible stay for our 20th wedding anniversary and Valentines day.

Some of casino staff were quite unpleasant people,especially the one who works behind desk for casino cards. She did not give us all information we need for our $25 dollars that when we reach 200 points. She told us it would happen automatic. If we Accumulated the
points, before midnight. She never told us we needed to see her before 10pm when she was gone for the day.
Front desk staff for Hotel!! They are the one who gave us on the information about ladies that leave 10pm,that give you BAD information on signing up casino cards.

Rooms were large and clean. Parking was good
Our room neighbor was still listening to very loud music at 2am. It was only after the third call to reception that the manager was finally sent up to sort it out....
Unfortunately most of the restaurants were closed.

Restaurants couldn't handle getting us in for 20 minutes due to dirty tables, buss staff gone. Host wouldn't buss the tables.

The room was exceptional, updated furnishings and very roomy. Bed and bedding extremely comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
This property is currently under construction with some areas of the property not being accessible to guests. Elevator access from the parking garage to the hotel is a nightmare. With this property being a casino I expecting more dining options but wasn’t the case, however once construction is completed it will include additional dining options.

This Casino reminds me of our local game rooms. It's seems they are short on funds possibly finishing it as the money comes it from customers. It DEFINITELY was lacking the WOW FACTOR. There was maybe 25 to 30 people in there for 2 days. It's was extremely small. You could see one side to the other on casino floor. To think I paid full price for a room really is humiliating to me. Save your money. Also, housekeeping brought 2 extra pillows without pillow cases. I was shocked enough to say do you think I'm going to lay my head on that?? Horrible Casino. So my daughter and I drove over to L'aberge Casino and it was like day and night. The entire Casino had the WOW FACTOR and some. The Energy and luck just was totally different. Place was JAMMING

Wonderful modern comfortable rooms, nice poker room.
Small casino, lack of eateries, unfriendly staff. Impossible to find way from parking garage to hotel check in. Security surrounded and screamed at us for being in “a drop”, whatever that is, when we followed another security guard’s directions on where to get a cup of coffee. Tight limited slots.

Beautiful establishment
Our room was 307, paid for a view, but was stuck looking at a wall! Spoke to one staff member and she was willing to help and move us. When returning had to talk to another staff member said he couldn't move us.
When paying as much as we did and having to look at a wall, very unsatisfied!

It was very clean and the room was recently renovated. The bed was clean and comfortable and the shower was very nice. We only stayed one night, but it was perfect for what we needed.

Our main concern staying at a casino was that parking would be a problem and it would be a long trip from the parking lot, through the casino, and to our room. This proved not to be the case. The parking lot was smaller and not any farther to the room than at most hotel/motels. The room was just perfect with a sofa and two comfortable side hairs.
There was no breakfast provided and we would have enjoyed that.
