Good location to just book in and park your car,
Then you can easily walk around the outside area and of motel rooms and see the ocean and the main street and shops, restaurants, hotels within walking distance. Many choices of drinks, meals and merchandise to buy.
Staff members were welcoming and helpful with booking into my room.

The location is superb right in the middle of town. With the bar and food all was very good.
Think it is about time that a paintbrush was done to the walls, could do with a perk up and the plumbing bangs a bit when the showers on !!

We left behind personal items during our stay and the staff went above and beyond to have the item returned to us even though we had already returned home interstate. Amazing communication and a perfect central spot to explore Albany. Clean and comfy with everything we needed for our short stay.

Great location, breakfast was amazing
That you couldn’t walk through the hotel to your room at night. Had to walk around. It’s not far but would be nice to be able to access your room from the hotel rather than walking the streets

Great location, clean reasonable size
Small print on wall about kitchen cleaning and rubbish removal. Happy to keep things clean and tidy but leaving at 3am my son noticed it at the last minute probably saving us additional charges for the few items we did use. Not having proper dish washing facilities then had us all questioning the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen utensils and crockery etc
Also plumbing was extremely noisy, requires addressing

The location is great and it was clean!
Lots of noises that did not allow us to sleep. The plumbing sounded awful, the bathroom door rattled in the wind, and the cabin rattled terribly. We informed the staff and their approach was not useful and not friendly.

Space is okay.
But no power usb port, no channel much or access the tv internet to watch more. Cleaning should no part of the customer, we had to clean before leave is a hassle. The staff is really nice and attend us on our needs.
The amenities - no usb port power. And cleaning the room ask to client to avoid charges , we never be messy.

It was central to the town
Staff were rude on the phone when asking about arrival time and then did not see any staff until handing in our key 2 days later.
No dish drainer in the room and having to wash dishes in the very small bathroom sink with a sign clearly stating we were responsible for washing own dishes otherwise an extra fee will be charged.
Entrance Lighting at the venue was non existent even pulled into the wrong driveway next door on arrival ! Will not return on our future trips !

In the Town centre of Albany and a very popular hotel re food and entertainment. Very efficient check in and Friendly and helpful Staff. Very spacious room and comfortable beds. Good off street Car parking just outside the room. Kitchenette was good facility. Would definitely stay again.
Kitchenette would be better with a sink and electric hot plate. Had Microwave, Kettle and Toaster, so really not quite a kitchenette. Same as most other motels.

Motel like accommodation rear of hotel. Very clean and new comfortable bedding. Walk to restaurants in town is handy. Parking at the front of unit.
You can hear live music, but it's far enough away not to be an issue but would be a problem with those rooms in the main hotel building.

Very central to the heart of Albany. Plenty of parking for the motel. Close to lots of sightseeing opportunities. Clean and comfortable.
Was a bit noisy at night due to hotel, but didn’t go late. Still a good value motel to stay in.
