Mariah is a treasury! she is arranging everything, she supported to rent a car, she accomodated to have an amazing breakfast that suits the taste of all. breakfast, room, jaccuzzi… all great!

connexion to wifi with interruption but Mariah again found solutions to get it worked!!

Katrina was very sweet and helpful. The breakfast every morning was great. The room was comfortable with a nice bed and hot shower. Katrina help us with a taxi back to the airport but also to get an ATV that was dropped off and pick up at the suite. It was a great way to see the island. The location of the hotel is only a short distance from Fira. It is out of the hustle and bustle of the city but still walkable. We would stay here again. We felt very welcomed.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at Emerald Collection Suites! Staff: The staff was beyond helpful and accommodating: they would provide great recommendations and called to make reso because we couldn't make calls from our cell phones. Prior to arriving we express interest in renting an ATV and they had booked that all for us so everything was ready before we got there. They also had arranged transportation to and from the airport so we felt safe and organized for a cost of course. Facility: We booked the Executive Suite with Outdoor Hot Tub, the room and washroom were spacious and very clean. The outdoor hot tub was nice however not much of a view there. The pool and common area were clean and not very busy so you could always find a spot to hang out. The complimentary breakfast was also really great! To sum up, The Emerald Collection Suites is a smaller establishment with only a few rooms and the location is a bit further away. However facility was super clean and spacious, and the staff went above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. I would definitely stay again!

Location: We rented an ATV during our entire stay just because it was not within walking distance of anything. However, we did not mind because with the ATV it was not a far drive.

The breakfast was superb: coffee, juice, egg, fruit, bread and or croissant, with a new twist every day. Katrina, always stylishly dressed and with a smile was wonderful and helpful: she made our stay amazing. Room was very pleasant, and modern, absolutely clean. Nice pool, great after a day of sight-seeing Location is good, with onsite parking for small cars

TV was hard to work

Cozy boutique hotel away from the crowds of Fira and Oia, but still easy to get to any location on Santorini. Katerina at the front desk was phenomenal. She was helpful with every part of our stay from pickup and drop off to letting us store our luggage until our ferry to another island. 10/10!

I would describe this hotel as stylish. A beautiful location with extremely friendly staff. The area around the pool ist tastefully furnished and so is the reception area. Our room was small but very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was superb! We left wishing that we could stay longer.

the parking scene outside, if one has a car is not good. no parking avaliable around till 1 km approx expecially in the night.

The actual property doesn’t really look like the photos on booking.com. The location of the property isn’t great - it’s about a 20 minute walk from town - down 2 main roads - unless you can navigate the back roads. And the actual priority was next to a dusty car park and our room certainly didn’t have a view despite the description saying it did.

The location was perfect if you want to escape the center of tourism. Markela is very kindly and she can manage whatever you need. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. 100% recommended

Exceptional communication from the staff from the moment we booked. They arranged a seamless and very comfortable airport transfer. The property is in a quiet location and is very petite and boutique, which is exactly what we were after - it was a short 2 night transit stop for us and we wanted to avoid the tourist crowds and traffic. The pool area is most relaxing. The rooms a beautifully appointed and thoughtfully laid out, so even though 17sqm, you don't feel cramped. The bathroom has all the usual amenities and is spacious. Everything in terms of design is in the calming Cycladic style. Markella was delightful and served a generous breakfast in the mornings. We left very early, before the official reception hours and she arranged for breakfast to be delivered to us the night before. She even arranged a transfer for us a couple of weeks later when we were transiting through and no longer hotel guests - they honestly go above and beyond here.

If you are looking for a great vacation, here is the place to stay. The staff is incredible, we loved the girl at the reception who helped us with car rental, planning trips or giving us tips and tricks on what deserves to be seen or not. Clean and comfortable rooms. The pool is always a good ideea in the heat of the day or the light of the moon. The breakfast is always changing, which is good. The food is always on point, fresh and great. If you want to go to Fira, you can walk there, really near by foot. We liked Fira more than Oia (which was very crowded). The legendary sunset from Santorini must be viewed at least once in this lifetime. For this Suite, I am happy to reccomend and tell you guys it was worth every cent. A must stay in Santorini.

The room was really nice with the jacuzzi, the temperature could have been a bit warmer but it was still amazing to have :) the breakfast was really, really good. The staff was very friendly and helped us with all our questions. The pool area was nice to have to relax, especially on windy days. The location was perfect, easy to get to anywhere on the island. I would recommend this place to stay.

I’m not sure if it’s normal in Santorini but the hotel told us they could arrange transport to and from airport/port but when we were dropped off we had to pay for it ourselves. Typically when hotels say this, it is included in the price :)

We loved the room, very cozy, clean and comfortable and very lovely. Our favorite part was the jacuzzi. Location wise was, Restaurants, Cafes, Shops, Car rentals and Bus station is within the vicinity. Airport is within 5-Minute ride.

I think the waiting time for the breakfast to be served was a little long, tho we loved the breakfast. We planned early to get up and have breakfast as soon as the kitchen opens, so I advice to either be the first to have breakfast or be last so you will avoid waiting too long or you’ll get bored. ;)
