Location is good about 15 min walking to old town. Convenient car parking apartment was very clean Host was very responsive and flexible with the checkuot

The apartment was on second floor no elevator preaty hard to carry baggage ip. The apartment is noisy even all windows are double glazed you can hear the cars from the mai street and get a morning wakeup ever morning at 06:00 as the church bells nearby. The apartment is only basically equipped

The host was nice. She had no problem with welcoming us at 10 PM with a last minute booking made. Apartment was clean, enough towels for 7 days vacation. A/c available in all the rooms. Kitchen had almost everything that you need (ex: dishwasher available, washing machine) . All the windows had nets for mosquitos. There is also a small balcony where you can enjoy evenings. The apartment is really close to the city center (10 minutes walk) which is real important as the parking places in center are hard to find and expensive. Also there is a supermarket at 3 minutes walking and also close to the exit for Budva region( important as is traffic jam at some hours). Parking place available at the property. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures.

As areas of improvement it would be nice to have a coffee machine.

Stay was great, good bedrooms and bathroom. Living room/kitchen was comfy & all kitchen equipment worked well.

No frying pan for cooking, multiple pots available however. Traffic from the vrmac tunnel to Kotor centre is often very slow but this was only an issue the day we arrived.

Lovely apartment and there was AC in every room. Only 10mins walk away from the centre so great location. Host was great and very informative - helped out with any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again

Big and modern apartment, very clean, comfortable beds, good air conditioning. Fully equiped kitchen and big bathroom with washing machine. Private parking spaces included (we had 2 cars). Host was very nice and welcoming. Location is good, about 10 minutes walking from old city, very close to the apartment is a big supermarket and a gas station.

Really great stay at Matej apartments. Great host. Modern, very clean, well equiped. Location close enought to everything you might need and yet so quiet neighborhood. Bed is huge and comfy. Private parking space 20m from apartment. Would love to stay again.

Very quiet place, you can walk to the Bay of Kotor in a few minutes. The owners are very kind and pleasant, they met us, showed the apartment and gave the keys. The apartment has a very spacious dining room. If you love to cook, then the kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you need.

The stay at Apartmani Matej was perfect. The host was always there for us when we needed him, the appartment is so clean, comfortable and at a perfect location! As soon as you leave the appartment you can get to other locations very easy and the appartment is 10 min walk away from Kotor Old Town. I cant wait to come back and stay at this appartment again. Highest recommendations!

The apartment was exceptional, very modern and well equipped. It was also spotlessly clean and Jelina was very friendly & helpful.

I couldn’t understand why other reviews were criticising the signs in the property - if everyone left the place clean & tidy when they left, they wouldn’t have been needed. We left the place as we found it!

Location is near the old town and free parking.

The host imposes weird rules written in raw tone such as to throw away the garbage to the municipal garbage bin across the street, clean up the toilet etc.
