The water was very hot .
After our party we could just go to our room and not drive .
The breakfast was very good
The room was a good size .
Bed nice and large .
The room was very dark the lamps on either side of the bed didn’t work .
The plug was not near a mirror for me to dry my hair .
The shower had no power what so ever so had to have a bath .
The furniture was very tired and rickety.
The quilt wasn’t thick enough so I was cold in the night .

Quiet location. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Wonderful cooked breakfast.

Location very nice, quiet and well kept. Staff were scarce but very kind and did a sterling job. Breakfast cannot be faulted.
Mean extras for tea and coffee in room, kettle was difficult as plug was threaded through the handle, Had to request a hairdryer, staff had a big task as there seemed to be not enough people.

The breakfast was fine.
Location in the middle of nowhere, dangerous road to walk on had to use the car to go anywhere.
Dogs allowed in all rooms.
Only bar meals most evenings.

Warm and welcoming staff. Helpful. Spacious comfortable room with dual aspect views of the grounds and we appreciated the peacefulness.

The parkhill is a old fashioned hotel but very comfortable, very clean and very comfortable. Dont expect aircon etc the windows are single pained, but this takes nothing from your stay . It just adds to the character of the place .It's set well back from the road and is peaceful all day and all night ,possibly it could get a bit noisy if there is a function in the marquee but it happen to us. Staff were very helpful and happy throughout our stay .

Friendly staff. This is the second time we have stayed there with our young child, and they couldn't have been more helpful both times. Food is always lovely, and the hotel and grounds are charming.

No where to put any toiletries.
Absolutely awful.
The hanging bar in the wardrobe was hanging -on the floor.
Had it not been for a third bed, dresses and siuts would have spent night on the floor
