how clean the apartments were and how lovely the owner is

Check in/out was very easy, free parking inside courtyard, quiet, AC, close to city center (walkable), storage in the room, lots of plugs, enough towels for 2 people, the room itself/bathroom was clean

The room had a very strong old cigarette smoke smell which was quite unpleasant and the wifi did not work very well and was up and down a lot (not suited for work)

Price is good, what you pay is what you get. It's somewhat clean. Parking spot is perfect, it's in a small garden with a fence. It's ok for a one night sleep. Perfect, if you're on a drive through or similar, and if you don't mind about the mentioned above.

Communication with host is difficult. Haven't seen the host at all, and actually, at the end didn't wanted to see him. Appartment is next to the main street. The windows are pointing at the Petrol station and various LED commercial signs, which is why the blinds are closed everywhere in the house. There is no pleasant view out the windows, so it's better to keep the blinds closed. At night you can hear drivers around. Wi-fi connection is unstable, fails every once and then. Cable TV has analog signal, so there isn't much to watch on TV and the picture isn't perfect on most channels. And don't forget to bring your own shampoo and hand soap with you, since you will find only empty bottles for it. Precautionary measures for Covid-19 virus aren't met. there are no disinfectants available on site, so I would recommend to bring your own with you.
