Very modern beautiful apartment, very clean, lots of towels supplied. Great location, central but not right in the heart of the town so was quiet at night. 24 hr supermarket 2mins away & lots of cafes & bars close by.

The only thing was the beds were very hard in my opinion.

Really good apartments in Los Cristianos. Perfect location, not so far from promenade and I can say quiet place to relax in evening on a balkony. Close to main beaches. It takes really just 5mins to Playa de Los Cristianos but I recommend to walk 2mins more to the Playa de las Vistas. Well equipped kitchen, microwave, wash machine, air cond, TVs. WiFi pretty fast even if you prefer to watch youtube in 4K. 2 separate bedrooms with doors - exactly what you need if you travel with kids.

The only one concern - no dishwasher, but it is ok and we were noticed and accepted that before book... it is just the very last step to make aparts absolutely perfect.

Modern facilities in the apartment. Good size, Secure and well placed. Also loved the showers in the apartment. Large balcony.

Beds were hard but that’s just our preference to have a softer bed. Could also be doing with a holder in the shower for soap and shower gel etc.

Lovely apartament in an excellent location. Rooms are spotless and clean. Roberto is very helpful & plenty of restaurants nearby to experience proper Spanish cooking.

- 2 sets of towels and bed sheets were provided. - Ample public parking around the apartment complex, although during the weekend it gets busy so it might be difficult to find a spot. - 15 minute walking distance from the beach - which might be a minus/cons if you have a 5 year old which gets tired after 5 minutes of walking.

- The apartment has 2 bathrooms, however the en-suite one does not have a door rendering it pretty much useless. I would call this 1.5 bathroom apartment. This was not specified when we booked the apartment and we specifically picked this one for the two bathrooms given we were a party of 4. Furthermore the shower in the en-suite bathroom was so tiny I had to sit in it sideways (I'm 188 cm tall). Had we know all this, we would have picked a one bathroom apartment at a nearby hotel, at the same price, but with breakfast and regular cleaning included in the price. - The apartment is fitted with a tiny boiler, which means that after 2 people take a shower the third one might be left without running hot water, hence forced to wait about an hour until the boiler heats more water. For a family of 4 this is a BIG problem. - The owner met us and specifically mentioned that the 200 euros deposit will be returned to us on checkout if the apartment is in the same condition as it was when we received it, including cleanness. I don't know about you but I did not go on holiday in Tenerife to have to clean the apartment at the end, especially when the price for 1 night was approx 140 euros and there were plenty of other hotels, at the same price. - The apartment did not have a vacuum cleaner which is important if you consider the point above, since we had to clear it with a shabby broom. - There was no cleaning included in the price for the apartment. - The sealing of the main bathroom was fixed with ducktape: see attached pictures. - The NOISE. I cannot complain enough about that: you could hear everything that happened on the main street, and given the central local of the place, it was busy. Furthermore, each night around 5 or 6 am the garbage truck would arrive to empty the bins: imagine the BIP! BIP! BIP! noise for 5 to 10 minutes and you get an idea of how much rest we got while staying here. - The showers had clear signs of wear and tear.

The apartment was comfy, clean, well equipped, great location right next to public transport, supermarkets, restaurants. Roberto, the host, is very friendly and helpful. We stayed for over a month and had a wonderful stay.

The apartmen was clean and everything one can need. The location is perfect to visit everything on the island There were always plenty of free parking slots in front of the building and the owner was always ready to help

Clean and modern

So very noisy. Couldn't really sit outside. Aptm a bit sterile and not very homely. White led lights throughout, some warm lighting would have been nice, maybe table lamps etc.

The apartment is great - it is very comfortable, sizeable, modern, fully furnished and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and very convenient. The living room is spacy and cosy. The master bedroom is huge, with XL window, terrace, king size bed and separate bathroom. The host prepared everything for us in advance and was very helfpul. The apartment's location is perfect! In a silent part of the city center, with an easy access to many shops, cafes and restaurants and in a walking distance from the ocean. Wonderful place and great time!
