Quiet, convenient beach location.
Five minute walk to the beach. Three minutes to the heated indoor pool. Quiet neighborhood. Clean and cute interior with a bonus washer/ dryer. Only downside was that the unit is pet friendly but all the grassy areas are marked "no pets" which made it difficult to find a bathroom spot for our dog.

I was positively wowed by everything about this place! It was one of the cleanest places I've ever stayed in! The apartment was absolutely beautiful and super well maintained! The decor is the cherry on top! I loved the location: right by the beach but the small town is quiet but has everything you need. Communication with property owners was super easy and we had zero quibbles. I cannot recommend this place enough! I will definitely return!

I was positively wowed by everything about this place! It was one of the cleanest places I've ever stayed in! The apartment was absolutely beautiful and super well maintained! The decor is the cherry on top! I loved the location: right by the beach but the small town is quiet but has everything you need. Couples anniversary trip
We had a great time. Loved hearing the ocean from the front deck. The condo was very clean and the decor is so cute. The condo was missing a wine opener, but we got one and left it for the next guests!

Loved that we could walk over to the beach. The ocean views were beautiful. This place was clean and neat and well decorated . We enjoyed our stay. Only problem was that the airbed did not last the night and a couple of us had to sleep in sleeping bags.

Had a wonderful stay at the condo. Very clean, easy check-in process and a small walk to the beach. On our last night there we saw a herd of elk ( stayed well back from them)! I totally recommend this condo and the whole complex!

Family Timr
The 6 of us had plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other. With the open kitchen area we were able to visit while preparing meals . The only down side to this visit was the sofa bed. It’s very uncomfortable and not level. Two members of our group decided to rent a room for the second night at a different location because of it.

Doesn’t get any better
Beautiful home, amazing space with beach front and ocean views. Plenty of space for 2 couples, especially during current health restrictions due to pandemic. Clean, well decorate. Only concerns were dull knife for cutting bread and dinner table bench bar appeared broken which made us hesitate to sit on it. Minus those two small issues, I’d still give it 10:10. Thank you to the owner who allowed us pleasure of staying in their home.

My family and I have just returned from our Spring Break Vacation. We had a really wonderful time and this condo was a great choice to make it happen. Our two days at Gearhart were perfect! The condo was wonderful (only complaints the beds too high for grandma).Great location, so close to the drive on beach. We would love to return.

Please upgrade the beds.
This was our 4th time staying here but unfortunately the last. The beds desperately need upgrading, and to at least Queens (Preferably a King in the master.) A Full size bed just isn’t reasonable when on vacation. My husband had to sleep on the couch the whole trip. And they’re abnormally high off the ground, needing a step stool to get on. The place is in need of some deep cleaning, upgrading kitchen supplies & some TLC. The pots & pans are so scraped up it’s probably best not to cook with them. We had to call maintenance twice to get the main sliding door back on track, then back again b/c we couldn’t lock it. Everyone was very helpful at the front desk & maintenance.

Needs a deep cleaning. Pans under the stove all greasy and drawers with utensils dirty. Mold in tiles in bathroom. Beds way to high. We did love the open floor plan and the closeness to the beach.

Great weekend getaway on the coast
Perfect condo for our relaxation needs. We did notice a slight odor in one of the rooms (cat urine?) but it subsided by the next day. Otherwise, everything was great. Beautiful views, close to the beach, nice property, highly recommended!
