Everything was amazing plus the location

This basement apartment is very quiet and spacious with a large kitchen and bath area. This was our second stay and hope to make it a yearly trip. Owner is on site and very responsive to any concerns, a large backyard to walk your dog in. Very clean and comfortable apartment.

Property was clean and just what a couple needs who want to escape. We were in town for a convention and it suited our needs perfectly! Will definitely stay again next year if the convention is in the same town!

Perfect stay for our family of four. Enjoyed the peace and quiet, but also the convenience of being just a few minutes from PF and Sevierville. Will definitely be back and recommend to friends/family. Thank you!

This property was really nice. Charming place, very clean with modern accommodations, and plenty of yard space for our dogs. I didn’t realize we’d booked space under the owners. Great, communicative people, but if you or your dogs are light sleepers like us, I don’t recommend booking the space under them. I’d stay again if we could book their other property to the side. Not the owners’ fault, but we could hear them and their dogs walking throughout the night. Even with the TV on we heard every step, the shower running, etc. Made for a sleepless night. One of our dogs is a light sleeper, too, so he was up all night and that made it worse. The only other thing is that the owners’ dogs go outside off-leash. They have electric collars, but that did make us a bit uneasy with our dogs. It wasn’t a problem but it did take us by surprise. It also made the Door Dash driver uneasy.
Overall this was a great place. As stated, I’d stay again in the additional property to the side with no one above us.

This was a perfect spot for the 5 nights we needed to spend in the area working with a builder.
Hubby had a desk area to work from, the kitchen had everything we needed (the entire apartment did), and the setting was peaceful and close to all amenities like a grocery store.
The only issue we had was being woken up a few times by the dogs upstairs. Our dog is afraid of all strange noises so any unexpected noise gets her fretting and unable to sleep. Which means we don’t sleep either.
Even with that we would absolutely stay again if we needed to be in the area.

Owners sent communications before and during the stay. Everything was just like the photos. All kind of extras were provided even a doggy bed. We hope to be able to return later for another stay.

Note to light sleepers: the air dehumidifier is great for keeping humidity down. It is loud when it runs. Beware of that in summer.

Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Clean little apartment and a quiet area that I felt safe at night taking Miss Ellie Mae for a walk with nice view of the mountains. Would love to stay here again if we come back to the area.

Frank & Debbie’s photos on here do not give their place justice! The home had everything we could possibly need, from snacks in the pantry, first aid kit, curling iron and hygiene products. It is close enough to town where you can get Walmart delivery but far away, you feel like you’re in the quiet country side. We watched the Dollywood fireworks and drone shows from the patio. The home is under Frank and Debbie’s residence and from time to time, you could hear their dogs running around. So if you like to stay somewhere that you encounter zero people, this isn’t for you. However, unless we sought out the homeowners, we rarely saw them. Our privacy was very respected. There is another short term rental on the property and we barely crossed paths with them. Great internet service and TV provided. All amenities described were available. Super, super clean! Very cozy! Amazingly pet friendly!! Can’t wait to come back.

This was a perfect place for my husband and I and our fur baby. The place is so much bigger than it looks in the photos. Everything was clean, smelled great, and the back yard is lovely. I loved the coffee and creamers!!

Beautiful place and so very clean! Looks and smells clean! Beautiful and well kept place inside and out. Unfortunately, if you have trouble sleeping away from home, as I do, this is probably not the place for you. Heard the owners walking around upstairs, usually in the late evening to early morning hours, 10pm- 2am. View of the mountains are beautiful but not accessible from the rental/room. Absolutely beautiful and clean rental and nearby everything!

My husband & I stayed at this property in Seiverville, TN for two nights, the only regret, should have booked it for a couple more days. The apartment is absolutely stunning, it had everything a person could ask for. The location was perfect & close to the area attractions.

We had the bottom apt the people upstairs walked really heavy we could hear them walking around all hours but nothing that kept us awake. The rental is very clean and well stocked on towels and things. Wasn't as private as we would of liked but well worth the money super nice place.
