Good location. And that’s absolutely it. Extremely rude staff, I spilled a few drops of water on my bed as my water bottle leaked. I was fined 200,000 Dong. He explained that it damaged the mattress although it is 30 degrees outside which would dry the water instantly. I believe the host wasn’t the most intelligent person I have ever met as he couldn’t comprehend basic science. Wifi was also abysmal so I was forced to us my valuable mobile data for the entire time. Host if you are reading this I hope you regret charging me 200,000

Super! La famille est très gentille et vous aide à organiser ce dont vous avez besoin. Les lits en dortoir sont confortables. Rideaux. Les douches sont spacieuses. Très bon emplacement. Organise des tours et possibilité de louer des scooters. Mention spéciale à Avocado, le petit chat d’un mois !

A really nice hostel. It was super clean and the beds were comfy. The owners are really friendly they’ve created a really homely atmosphere in the place, Family dinner and free breakfast, Tom made the tour was awesome. The rooftop was also class for a few beers with a great view.

Great location, friendly helpful staff who will organise anything for you and have a family meal every few days where everyone gets together on the roof terrace. Nice dorms with privacy curtain.Thank you to Tai and the rest of the team.

Just a small complaint in that the mattresses are very thin as are the pillows - I didn’t sleep too well as I was uncomfortable in the bed and had to use my quilt cover to sleep on.

I liked everything. Location, food, Staff, Owner everyone so welcoming and helpful. Tai made me feel like at home. Tom was exceptional

Location was great, perfect for exploring everything Da Lat has to offer.

Breakfast wasn’t amazing and we didn’t feel it was worth paying extra. Dorm was quite stuffy with only one fan - would be better if the window had a fly screen so it could be left open overnight.

Family dinner was amazing and happy hour is one of the best. They really make you feel at home and everyone is so kind. Would definitely recommend. Good location & view from the rooftop terrace. Thanks for the lovely stay :)

Dorm has no air-con and a small window opening; with just a fan, the room got hot when full No individual lights for dorm beds Other than the reception staff, hostel workers look like they'd rather be elsewhere

The staff are so personable, knowledgeable and happy to help! The family dinner was a great way to meet people. The breakfast was great with egg station, variety each day , fruit , hot breakfast , fresh rolls …. Location was also great t close to everything The team are very knowledgeable about the area , they charge fair prices , such a good value hostel ….

Great location, super lovely staff, especially thuong and the owner thai! Really welcoming and friendly also lots of cute kids playing in the hostel which is always nice for family vibes. Beds were soft and cosy ✌️

Good location. Clean and well maintained. The buffet breakfast was good enough. The dormitory was good - clean, with bed curtains providing a good measure of privacy and a large locker at the bottom of the bed. The number of toilets and bathrooms were in sufficient numbers - water was hot enough.

The breakfast was provided by a grumpy person (with a foul temper though directed mainly at her kid) whose hospitality outlook needs improvement (LOL). My Coca cola was stolen though placed in their refrigerator (with ironclad security guarantee). Nevertheless still a good place to stay.

Very helpful and welcoming staff - they’ll book the tours and help you navigate. Room was clean, bathroom was cleaned regularly. Very nice location as well - it’s in walking distance from the center and good cafes/restaurants.

Tai, the owner is so nice and helpfull. The breakfast is good and the familly diner is even better. The food walk is really nice and the guide even helped me negotiate a sweater at the market. The overall vibe at this place is great

Hot water was hit or miss, half the time there was none for my shower. The Wifi connection isn't good on the rooftop or the rooms which made it harder for me to work.
