The location is superb. The apartment is very spacious, well decorated, and fully equipped for catering. 5 minutes walk to the beautiful beach and restaurants. Giuseppe, the owner, was extremely helpful. Would recommend it to anyone. Thank you Giuseppe 😊

The apartment was less than a five minute walk to Modello beach and square with plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes and transport (for getting to Palermo city). The apartment itself is very clean with plenty of amenities.

The bed and pillows were slightly too hard for sleeping on for more than a couple nights. Air conditioning in more than one room would also be ideal.

Fully equiped appartment in great localization. Giuseppe allowed us to check out late which was highly appreciated.

The apartment was perfectly located as the beach is less than 5 min walk. It was very clean and it contained everything needed for both short and long stay. Highly recommend!

It was very easy to communicate with Giuseppe through messages. We used his recommended transfer and he met us in the apartment and showed us where everything was and how everything worked. The apartment is on the second floor, has a small balcony with a nice view, you can even see the sea a little bit. It is very clean and well equipped, we didn't use the kitchen much as restaurants are quite cheap but if you want to cook there is everything at your disposal. There was also tea, coffee (and a great coffee machine) and some cool drinks in the fridge waiting for us :) As mentioned by others the pictures don't do justice to the place, it has a great athmosphere, it's very nicely decorated and looks brand new. There is a bigger and a smaller bedroom, both with very comfortable double beds. The bigger one has a mosquito net so you can open the window at night. The living room has a very efficient air-conditioning. The walk to the beach is really only two minutes, and as mentioned parasols and sunchairs are provided which is great. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

If I had to find something maybe cushions for the chairs in the living room where we had breakfast would be nice :)
