Great location on the lively pedestrianized central street means there's some noise during the day but it dies down quickly by 10PM in the evening and combined with the room's AC unit doubling as a fan it was easy to sleep and the beds were comfortable. If you're going to be in Ibague for a few days and are travelling for tourism it really is the area you want to be in, and this is a solid value option with the breakfast being a noteworthy bonus for the price point.
The WiFi didn't meet expectations based on other reviews as to even check email and get non-video based work done I had to set my phone up as a hotspot most of the time. Hot water the evening I arrived but only cold day or night for the rest of my three night stay.

The parking is not from the hotel and really thought. There is no elevator, so it's not ideal for elderly. The hotel aisles are dark not easy to navigate. I think I overpayed for this stay.
