Host provided beach towels etc.

Since we were there during the 'rona and evenings were fresh, night life was kind of quiet. I could imagine some noise from the restaurants downstairs in high season, but then I always travel with earplugs anyway...

Our host Humberto was very friendly and efficient. The apartment has an excellent sea view and is close to shops, bus stops etc. The enclosed balcony was very welcome when the wind was a bit chilly. The kitchen is well equipped, including a dishwasher and there is a washing machine in the bathroom.

The apartment is listed as having a bedroom with two beds, but it is in fact a studio apartment where the beds, sofa bed and dining table are all in the same room, with the beds behind a little divider that doesn't reach the ceiling. This makes it rather noisy, especially as there are many loud people on the seafront in the early hours of the morning.

The location is gorgeous. Is practically on the beach.

I liked the situation at the beach promenade of La Careterras Beach. The little veranda with Sea View was great. You can watch and hear the ocean. The Apartment is a slim room of space where other rooms as a small kitchen und well sized bathroom with laundry machine are divided from. The kitchen was well equipped with refrigerator, freezer, dish washer, micro wave and lots of kitchen utilities. Coffee, Tea, Oil, spices were provided. There was also a big cardboard in the living room. 2 separated beds with nice cosy linen. Spotlessly clean everywhere. The owner Humberto was friendly and helpful, he kept contact via Messenger and asked if everything is fine on a daily base. A beach towel was also provided.

The walls in the house were a bit thin you can hear all noises from the next apartments.

Bathroom ceiling was collapsing Cold and wet, though we did catch a bad period

Nice and cozy appartment, with a view to the ocean, well equipped with everything anyone may ussually need, even with some coffee, tea, cocoa, etc. I alao liked that the hosts were kind and allowed my daughter to sleep over in the apparrment, together with me.

The hosts seem to be nice persons, however to ask additional money for late checkin was unexpected and frustrating. Than, like an irony, at the checkin a cockroach was on the frame with the Booking.com rating score of 9.6. I'd like to believe that it was also unexpected, an isolated case. One should be also aware of the fact that the appartment is overlooking the beach promenade which can be at times very noisy.
