Este lote de 1/2 acre tiene 2 casas. Tiene una gran terraza trasera con piscina. Un gran pozo de fuego con mucho espacio para reunirse. La propiedad cuenta con 2 camas de reinas, 6 gemelas, 2 sofás queen y un futón. Hay bonitas porches amueblados en ambas casas. Estas casas tienen todo lo que necesita para cocinar, asar y relajarse. Mucho espacio para estacionamiento y botes para salir al río. Cortos paseos a los bares y restaurantes de la zona, la famosa taberna de los antiguos molinos está a unas cuadras de distancia, junto con el histórico molino de azúcar. Hay 3 refrigeradores, 2 lavavajillas, 2 lavadoras, 2 secadoras. Las tesis son casas bien abastecidas provistas de todo tipo de condimentos, café, jabones, detergentes, champú y acondicionador, esponja para platos nueva, toallas de papel, almohadas y mantas adicionales. Un lugar perfecto para reunir un gran grupo o una reunión familiar. Gran patio para que los niños corran, también tienen algunos juegos para ellos también. Es una comunidad de carritos de golf que tiene esa sensación de pueblo pequeño. Venga y disfrute de esta hermosa propiedad y relájese como se supone que debe hacerlo en Homosassa

Lots of room. Very clean. More than enough space for our two families. Location is perfect for getting to everything. We scalloped out of River Safaris and it was literally a minute away.
Old Florida feel. Only wish the mattresses were a little better.
But would stay again.

Had a long weekend in Homosassa for scalloping with both my family and in laws, rented both houses and it was great. Enjoyed the location near our favorite bars and restaurants, also loved having the pool and screened in patios for the nights at home. Thank you Joshua for the great stay!

I rented this place for my adult children to stay for their Christmas trip down to Florida. The pictures on line to not reflect the true condition of the property. They must have been taken years ago. Where do I start. First my kids were welcomed by the neighbors PitBull. The carport is falling down also., The property was not clean. I have pictures of roaches on the couch. The counter tops were all greasy. There was hair in the bathroom sinks and showers. The carpet was filthy in spite of a notice asking to “Remove Your Shoes”. When my kids got there at 11pm tired from traveling all day to get here, we had to scramble to find them rooms for the week in the local hotel. It was a nightmare. Then when I called the owner that night to ask for a refund, he refused saying that he and his wife cleaned the place. I guess one persons idea of clean is not another’s. Renter be warned!!

We loved this area, great location less than 1 mile from the boat ramp. Easy to walk to Macrae's and the Monkey Bar. Old Mill Tavern right around the corner.
The 2 houses were great for our large group of friends / families with children. We enjoyed the serene location and the pool/backyard/deck were great. Houses were well stocked with everything needed in the kitchens and grills for cooking.
Plenty of parking for 2 boats & additional cars. Owner was great and accommodating.

Easy-going Stay in Old Homosassa

The kitchen is fully functional and used the wash machine everyday. The only negative is the neighbors across the street are not at the same caliber as the house so if bringing a boat you need to make sure you get every little thing off before you go to bed.

Our stay was wonderful the owner was very accommodating and having two houses was great with the older kids. The pool and deck were a nice addition to be able to relax with the family. Would definitely recommend for a large group .
