Nice little condo by the lake. We enjoyed the lake - bring beach towels and chairs for your stay as these aren't provided and there are few lounge chairs by the lake. We also enjoyed the pool and some pickleball. There is a cute litte general store within walking distance. The master bed is comfortable. The pull out couch was also comfy (as per our friends' comment - they brought their own sheets/pillows). The lock on the bathroom door doesn't lock but no biggie among family/close friends.
It was a short and sweet trip!

This was our sixth summer vacation at Bernard's Landing, and our second time staying in this particular condo. We love the lower level acces directly facing the lake! Another thing we love about this lower level condo is being able to use a gas grill. When we arrived, however, we discover the grill wasn't working. I sent a text message to Justin the owner, and he personally delivered a brand new grill to us the very next morning! Justin went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, and we are extremely grateful to him. You definitely can't go wrong with this condo or Justin!

We were in the area for a wedding and the reception was held at Barnard’s Landing. This is a beautiful location right off n the lake. Cute and comfortable condo which was perfect for two.

Clean, super easy check-in process. Adequate internet (not great but not bad) which was sufficient to keep up on work emails. Great neighborhood for walking.

The check-in/out process was very simple, cute little place with a nice updated kitchen. Several sliding glass doors so maximum window views. Right on the lake with mountains behind it.

We enjoyed our stay at SML. We especially enjoyed the fireplace during such cold Icey weather. I would like to suggest that the bed needs a warm blanket for cold nights.

Enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet and had a nice view of the water. Bed was comfortable, place was clean and had all the amenities. Kitchen utensils could be updated a bit and the bathroom is a bit dated but otherwise everything was good. I would stay here again.

Great views of the lake. So relaxing. Condo was well supplied and clean. Could sit out on deck and enjoy the lake and the surroundings. Peaceful and quiet. Would definitely recommend and will defintite go back again.

Heart Song
Bernard’s Landing was my first introduction to SML. I have enjoyed each stay with the various hosts’ condos over the past four years. Justin was very kind, commutative and responsive to my additional ask I will be connecting for another stay as soon as I can arrange time.

The owner was kind enough to call ahead of time to let us know the washing machine had quit working. But he offered us his other unit on two different days that it wasn't occupied if we needed it. I would say make sure you bring all of your essentials with you foil, paper towels, baggies, spices etc as there are none. Bed was very comfortable. Shower could use an upgrade considering the rest of the unit and brighter lights in the bathroom. But overall would love to stay again.

Absolutely Amazing
A wonderful location that had all the getaway amenities. The views were breathtaking in the morning within such a relaxed environment. The best thing overall was how accommodating the host was during our stay. I would absolutely stay there again and again.

Perfect Thanksgiving
Would definitely recommend ! Beautiful setting & Property is very comfortable--- just right for my Wife & I to stay while visiting Family in Moneta. Will stay again for sure.

Lakeside Condo
My wife and I spent two nights at the Bernard's Landing condo. It was our 10yr Anniversary weeknd and we enjoyed everything about this condo! We would definitely rent it again in the future.

Weekend getaway
Everything was nice and cozy. Only negative I will say is the tub water looked brown like it had rusty pipes or something and the tub didn’t drain very well. Also I would recommend cleaning the ductwork cause it looked like mold on the register vents in ceiling.

Great relaxing 2 days!
Only thing I can complain about was the lighting in the bathroom, and I thought it had a working fire place. Enjoyed the beautiful sun rises on the patio!

We had a wonderful time in this sweet little condo. It was clean and so comfortable. We are definitely looking forward to staying again!

Clear communication and easy to book online, easy entry and exit with keypad. Property very clean except for dirty air vents. Very comfortable condo with beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely return again if ever in the area.

Worth every penny. Nice, tidy little condo perfect for 2! Right in front of a beautiful lake and Mountain View. Very relaxing. Host is super friendly. Very quick response and easy communication. Pricing is beyond reasonable. I saw a review with some negative comments, and I’d like to point out that yes, there were some cobwebs in the sliding door, at the bottom. It’s the mountain, lady, cobwebs turn up over night. Lol. Also. The tub is not coming apart, or anything of the sort. At best, it needs to be caulked. Any who. We enjoyed the property and area, and would hate to see someone miss out on staying here due to someone exaggerating negative comments. Or, you can pay twice as much for a motel, not on the lake, without the kitchen. Clearly this is all my opinion, but it IS my review. Thanks!

We loved the condo, but it was not very clean. The sponge in kitchen sink was dirty, the kitchen faucet had black stuff hanging off of it, there was cob webs on bottom ofevery sliding glass door. The bath tub needs updated, it actually moves when you get in it. We only had 3 towels, 3 hand towels and 2 washcloths for 3 people! I have pictures if you would like to see. We also had to leave a day early due to family emergency. We did like it at SML though! Thank you.
