A home from home. Tucked away from the hustle of main street, perfect if you like some peace with convenience nearby. Very spacious and clean . If your looking for 5star then not the place but this is a place that you can be extremely comfortable and content if you are of a humble to content persuasion person!. It has all you need and if not the staff will positively assist. Electricity in Freetown is a hit and miss but the generators used at PhaGibs really manage a great compensation as they click in when the grid goes which is truly helpful. Air con is great and fans are supplied. Lovely views. 24hr Gatekeepers. I will surely use this facility again. Only downside is no WiFi but ask and they will supply at a fee or sort your own. There's not much to not like. If you know where you are you know what to expect. So I wouldn't say there was anything I didn't like.

I got a "no show" email. this is a lie! We had stayed and paid the property 120 USD. 4 persons to confirm this.  Please recall this email and send an apology. have no time dealing with such nonsense. thanks.  Air-condition in two rooms out of three not workig. Property asked to leave us at 9am, even if reservation clearly states 11am.

1. Loved the professionalism of the staff. When you need assistance for anything, they are there, they are always so ready to answer your questions and sort out your concerns. I like the fact that there is access to a representative at all times. Very respectful!!! So impressed with the management of this property!! Fatmata, communicates so well with her staff and of course guests! 2. The amenities are as stated on "Booking.com" There was power, water and air conditioning. All appliances were in good working condition.

I have no complaints!!! I am a very satisfied customer!! I will recommend Phagibs ten times over!
