Absolutely exceptional! Very clean and top of the line appliances, linens and furnishings. Owner was nice enough to allow us an early check in so my daughter and grandsons could get some sleep after a 24 hour flight. Would highly recommend!!!!!

Everything you could even think of, was available - and more- ! Best shower since a month ( inkl. Fairmont stay etc!) . Extremely friendly and helpfull Ray! Truly a home away from home. Best B&B ever rented.

The view is not truly over the water. Just for the expectations.... But everything else more than 1000% made up for it.

This bottom floor apartment was absolutely beautiful. Extremely clean with snacks laid out phone chargers in every room. We are from Ct here to bring our grandson to his 1st baseball game. We will definitely be doing this again.

Stayed here with my 4 adult girls. This was a great place to stay and not far from a lot of activities. The place was very clean and Ray greeted us and provided our entry codes. He also provided some great extras like snacks, cold drinks, laundry detergent, games, etc. The little extra touches go a long way. He had a list of restaurants and activities in the area. There was plenty of space and we had a view of the lake as well as lake access with beach chairs we could use. Plenty of seating for everyone in the kitchen and living room area. Definitely would stay here again.

The TV options were not great. Also, there was not much of a view of the water on the ground floor, so the listing is a little misleading.

A great place to stay in Seattle. Water view home is a very well equipped appartment. Ray was very helpful, kind and relaxed. We would definitely return to WVH.

Ray is an exceptional host who has gone to great lengths and thought of the tiniest details to make the travelers experience seamless and comfortable. The property is lovely and in an amazing location central to everything. The entire unit is fully stocked (anything you might need, Ray has thought of it, and it's here). He also gave us great recommendations on area restaurants and attractions. He generously left wine, cheese and a snack basket upon our arrival. We hope to return soon. Thanks so much Ray!

I assumed, from the pictures, that this was on the water. A little disappointed. It was nice having a house to stay in. No sugar for coffee.

Clean, modern and comfortable space, very quiet despite location, well equipped

Very clean unit ! The host was very friendly and gave us a little tour of the place when we arrived. He was also super responsive to my all questions. They provided a wide selections of snacks for us and even included some wine and cheese and extra water bottles in the fridge. The pull out bed was comfortable and not springy like they normally are.

I wish there was large sheets and blanket for the pull out bed. The host did provide some throws, but they are short and only cover part of your body. Getting to the lake front was a little more complicated than I had hoped for and it seemed like we had to go through some houses that where located right at the lake front and get an ok from the neighbors.

It was right next to the Lake. Not too far from the city. There was alot to do.

Ray is an excellent host who is very responsive to any guest needs or questions. His little touches throughout the home anticipate guest needs. Yes, the home is on a busy through street where the traffic goes faster than the posted speed, however the home itself is very quiet and there is a well-marked crosswalk right out front to walk to the private grassy area to enjoy the lake. There are lake views from the front of the home as well. The kitchen is well-equipped and we prepared meals two or three times during our stay. The gas grill is hard-piped so no need to worry about a propane tank. Having laundry on-site was a big bonus, as was the large outdoor seating area. The home decor, furnishings, and soft-goods (linens, towels, blankets) were very appealing and modern. We would not hesitate to book here again!

Everything about this property was amazing. Very clean and it was beautiful and safe. I can see why the rating is what it is and honestly it should be higher. Ray was very friendly and helpful, he made sure we were comfortable. Awesome service and will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

I originally thought the property was lake front , but I read information incorrectly. Lake access is across the street ☺️
