This property is in a great location! Very close to the Country Mall and Trident Marina. The house was very clean with everything we needed for our week long stay. You cannot beat the sunsets at this property, gorgeous! We had 4 teenagers with us and the bedrooms fit them perfectly and they loved the dock. We were also able to rent their pontoon boat and that was great. Barrett was a very responsive host to any questions we had.

First time that we have had our whole family together in years. Enjoyed our stay & would recommend to anybody!

We went there with our 3 kids which one is still under 1yo. House does not have many steps to the dock so we were not exhausted at all running to the dock and back. That is a huge plus on the lake house. Very clean house assuming that they allow pets to stay. Beautiful views of the lake from the house, dock is huge and has lots of extras for kids to enjoy the water activities. Few flaws were - no close restaurants and grocery stores around, also there are no boat ramps close to the property. Closest one appeared to be 35 mins away, we brought jet ski's but were not able to launch because it was simply too far. Owner recommended few places that were within 10 mins but when got there we were politely asked to leave because these ramps are in a private communities.

We had a great time and love the property. Weather was nice, and the water wasn’t too cold for the boys to swim etc. But cool enough for some fires at night and s’mores!! We’ll be back for sure.

My husband and I enjoyed staying in this home! It was clean, had privacy and beautiful views of the water. The location was not far from the Trident Marina which had an excellent restaurant The owner was very welcoming and willing to let us bring our labradoodle. There are some steps going down to the boathouse that need repairing. We loved using the boathouse to dock our kayak, fish, relax, read, and just enjoy the beauty of the lake. It was very peaceful and we feel rested and restored. Would recommend this home!!

We rented this house for a week. We checked in and went to the lake and swam and couldn’t her out of the water. The ladder at the dock give off a electrical charge when you grab it to her out of rhe water . The pantry in the kitchen was locked so all of rhe grocery you bring has to be stored in the living room .

Beautiful sunsets and plenty of dock space for multiple people to fish.

Very nice house. Clean. Kitchen well stocked with equipment. Nice dock. The only recommendation is to add a fire pit!

We all had a fabulous time. The house is immaculate and perfectly described. The best park was the floats he provided. We chose not to attend the second day of a local concert. But we had a blast laying out and having fun. The kitchen is equipped with anything you might need including cleaning supplies. However, Saturday someone rented his boat out and I had a mild heart attack thinking someone stole it lol. We’re easy going people and it resulted in a good laugh. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves all weekend!!

Lovely house with easy access to waterfront. Plenty of kitchen space so we enjoyed cooking every meal. Comfy couches to enjoy lounging around. The screened back porch was great all day from early mornings to watching the sun set. And all my family loved playing board games out there while watching the ducks and hawk that visited frequently.

The location was great and the property was wonderful. The only problem was that our visit was too "short" :) That need to be remedied next time!!

We were very disappointed in our stay at this property. The state of both the house and the pontoon boat are drastically different than advertised in the posting. The posting lists that it sleeps 9, but there are only beds for 6. The air mattress that was at the house has a major leak, and is not useable for a night. The state of the walkway outside is highly unsafe with plywood covering the crumbled stairs. It was extremely slippery and is an accident waiting to happen. There was mold in the master bathroom, there are lights that don’t work, handles and locks on doors that are broken, and the house was overall dirty upon arrival. Another big disappointment was the pontoon boat. The rental rate was based off the rental rate at Duskin Point Marina. As such, the expectation would be that the pontoon would have been in comparable condition to a professional boat rental. We arrived to find the boat needed to be thoroughly cleaned, which we did. It was covered in dirt and the entire awning was covered in mold. We would not recommend this rental in its current condition.

Wonderful place for three households and three generations to spend family time together. Big gathering area for cooking, eating and watching TV. Plenty of nice spaces for one on one conversations or alone reading time. The boat dock was my favorite for fishing and swimming. Way convenient to be able to rent the owners pontoon boat and avoid the hassle of the pickup and return to a marina. Only negative was some construction on a section of the steps going to the boat dock but will be fine once completed.

Overall, we would definitely rent again. The host was responsive when the need arose to contact him. The home was clean, comfortable and well equipped.
