The pictures do not do this property justice! Lots of room and plenty of kitchen space. Loved the location and easy access to lake. Only con would be twin beds upstairs are uncomfortable and meant for toddlers. Back yard and deck are awesome to relax! Communication with owners is great and easy!

We were looking for a place for my parents anniversary/reunion that would accommodate us out of the heat. The large open family area and kitchen/dining was perfect for this and my two brothers that were out of state had a place to stay. Wanda was very responsive to any questions we had. The sunset was so pretty from the back porch!

Nice home on the water in Heber Springs. Great view of the lake and big back yard to the water. Convenient to marinas and right in town for anything you need (groceries, restaurants, etc). The owners were very helpful, answered lots of questions prior to the stay, and were great to work with. Highly recommend.

We stayed at this property for four nights during the Thanksgiving holiday. There was plenty of living and kitchen space to have an enjoyable time with family of all ages. The home is clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is spacious with most any cooking utensil, pot or pan that you might need. We are looking forward to visiting again during warmer months so that the lake and outdoor kitchen may be enjoyed. The host is very hospitable and quick to respond to any messages. This was just the Thanksgiving holiday I needed!!

It is a fabulous family friendly house with plenty of room for all 14 of us. The lakefront area was clear and nice. Everybody really enjoyed the hot tub and the steam shower. Kids used the shower in their swimsuits. It was so refreshing after a big day at the lake and the river trout fishing. The trout fishing was very successful Alan and Wanda are the best hosts we have ever had. They communicate very quickly and we got a chance to meet them. They are very personable and friendly. Loved every minute of our week. Thank you.

Great house lakefront on Greers Ferry
