The night lady and the lady who helped us with the daily breakfast service were totally amazing! I hope they both get a raise. It was totally clear they wanted to make sure we were happy with everything and that all of our needs were me.
Sadly, I didn’t get either of their names. But I do have to say there was not a single employee we encountered who didn’t do above average service. Bottom line, the staff at this facility is to be committed, awarded, compensated but most of all service was the priority. Nothing but the best.

We were traveling on our way to the Gulf Coast and stopped here overnight! We found a friendly staff, clean, well-appointed rooms with everything we needed, and a terrific, hot breakfast the next morning. We couldn't be more pleased with the night's stay. We will definitely stay here next time we're in the area. Thanks so much for a great experience!

I was in Enterprise Al for work and i needed a room last minute to stay there in Alabama again. It was a great experience with top notch customer relations very clean room, great hot shower with very updated amenities. I would recomwnd staying at this location if you are in this area.

There was Blood on one of the pillows!!!!!! Also the carpet in half of the room was wet. I feel like a refund should be made. I talk to the manager and it Embarrassed her. I’m sure I won’t hear back from this. And that’s
sad because I’ve always enjoyed doing business with you.

This stay, was okay I hate we were so far away from things we were there to visit family in Troy Alabama and it took away from the time to spend with family. The hotel was okay we did see one roach in the room but for the most part the room was clean the staff was nice and friendly. I would not stay there again if I'm there to visit Troy but if I was there to hang out in that town which is Enterprise Alabama I possibly would stay again.

One of the very worse properties I have ever stayed. Just imagine circus circus gone hillbilly pool hotel with the most musty smell ever.
Very rude housekeeping staff and honestly, the hotel is in the condition it’s in cause of it. Wonder when the building inspections is gonna happen for their properties. Should stick a mold stick in the wall and see if this property is even safe to stay in.

I don't think Holiday Inn hasn't thought this through, I reserved a room, my daughter's softball tournament was cancelled, I purchased your insurance, just in case, you said you would call the hotel and see if they would indeed refund the price of the room, they said no I guess....what they fail to understand, there are somewhere in the neighborhood of 40,000 kids in the 500 mile radius of their hotel that play travel sports, when hotels don't work with those kids parents a little bit, hotels get blacklisted pretty damn quick. Holiday Inn will not get our business anymore. Hampton, Marriott and even Best Western know how much money they make off of travel sports teams and they work with you.

I do like holiday Inn family
The staff was amazing I want to say her name was Tiffany and she was above and beyond amazing if I have any complaint which I don’t about the stay but this was in enterprise Alabama and I have no idea what would be going on in a Wednesday night. It a rate of 200 a night is ridiculous for any hotel I did feel safe but even with the hotel nice it wasn’t 200 dollar nice I did it because of hotels available in the area the rate makes me sick because I do this for work but my rate here was higher then a comfort inn in Destin florida it’s too much ok enough of complaint the bed was nice and at end of evening that is all that matters besides safety! Thanks

THE BED WAS PERFECT. I struggle with traveling when it comes to comfort of the bed. This chain has the best beds of anyone. I have been to many hotels and have never been so comfortable. I went a tad out of my way to stay here due to the comfort of the bed. You won't be unhappy with your stay here. Also, the breakfast is absolutely perfect. Hot, or cold, breakfast with sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, are just a few of my favorites. Don't miss out on this awesome place when you are out looking for a great hotel.

Holiday Inn is one of my favorite hotels. I’ve been to a lot of them, in different states. This one is a pricier, $220 total. I requested extra blanket and pillows because one of my kids will be sleeping on the sofa bed. It’s usually stored inside the closet. When we got in our room, there was none. I had to walk to the front desk to request it. I got in the shower, late at night, only to not find any hair dryer. It’s a nice hotel to stay overnight but I’ve experienced seen better Holiday Inn.

It is certainly an ok place to stay. There were many people in town for a baseball tournament so lots of activity downstairs and in the halls. The elevator is very slow. I started taking the stairs, even after everyone had checked out. The air conditioner in the room was a bit noisy and I was unable to access any streaming services via the TV.
