They gave us more than what I requested. Upgraded room and late check out. Moreover, the hotel was luxurious and everything was 5 stars

Hotel room needs refurbishment. Gives a old look

Stayed for 3 nights for a business trip and they called me like 6 times to ask about my stay.. they are obsessed about being “10/10” while forgetting the work behind getting there. Housekeeping cleaned the room without putting new towels and then it took them 45 minutes to deliver the towels. The bathroom smelled bad, I informed them twice and they did nothing more than asking me for engineers to come and check - they did not even offer to change the room.

Good location and reasonable value for money when in Riyadh with family

The incident that made me hate the place was the way staff behaved at check in and on check out . On check in i was told that there are no non smoking rooms in the category i wanted just like that and i was offered a smoking room which i didn’t accept as i was with my family . I told them that i should have been told before arriving and i was given a lecture by a junior employee on how this works on booking and that it said that this is subject to availability with little regards to what i was saying . It took a long argument for them to realise that what they did was wrong and they offered an upgraded room that was non smoking . On checkout i asked them for an extended checkout and they immediately refused and said the hotel is very busy and that i should leave immediately while my flight was very late at night. I asked them to give me a full extra night for which i will pay and they immediately refused and said that the hotel is fully booked and that it was impossible . As she was explaining that i went on booking amd found plenty of available room and booked and paid for the same room type using the platform amd asked her why would you do that if you had plenty of rooms available . She apologised and hung up and asked her manager to call me . He offered to extend the stay free of charge and apologised and wanted to explain in an unconvincing way . It was too little too late .

1- التاخير عند الدخول لمدة ساعتين انتضار رقم بانني حددة وقت الدخول عند الحجز لكن للاسف لم يتم تسكيني بطريقة الصحيحة وتم الابلاغ عن ذالك لكن لم يستجب احد لشكواي 2- الطاولات في الوبي ليست نظيفة والسوبر فايزر بالمقهى الذي يقع خلف كاونتر الاستقبال ابلغني بضرورت ان اذهب للكاشير اطلب من عندة الطلبات حسب قوله النظام عندهم يذهب النزيل يطلب من الكاشير 3- الغرف لم تنظف لمدة اليلتين سوى مرة واحدة وبعد طلب والحاح كثير
