Our annual girlz weekend. Been friends since elementary, in our 50’s. We all love the beach. All from Long Island The home was a perfect fit, love the open kitchen living room area. Def would recommend for any vacation. Looking forward to staying there again . Communication with host was great. Thank you

Ideally located house between Seaview and Ocean Bay Park ferry docks. Just a short skip to the beach and conveniences of both towns. House was large enough to accommodate a large family gathering with comfy seating for all.

I will be hopefully be back next summer and this would be my first choice

Fantastic kitchen/livingroom layout off of main deck with additional seating. Proximity to the beach was perfect. House was clean, well stocked and extremely comfortable. Check in/check out was hassle free. Owner was very helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. We would absolutely stay here again! We've been renting on Fire Island for almost 10 years and this was definitely a top find!

My family and I had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. The open kitchen, dining, and living room area is just perfect for spending time together. The short walk to the ocean was extremely convenient, especially ideal for the grandparents in our group. We couldn't have asked for a better beach getaway. Thank you to the great host!

We loved our stay the house was perfect and it is most certainly on the quiet side which is great an 3 min walk to beach . Schooners is a 5 minute walk from the house if you want to get out have fun they have bingo Monday-Friday and live music. The house had everything we needed very private and relaxing !!! The kitchen / living room is perfect for hosting plenty of seating we LOVED the open floor layout. Great time great location and Amaralis was great in communicating any details or helping us while we there . My family and I look forward to coming back to this piece of paradise again!

We loved this property and our stay! Communication was top notch and the house was extremely clean with new appliances. We had a great time and appreciated the flexibility around the hurricane that just missed us! The house had one working bike and a few chairs. We left slam ball there for future guests. We were so grateful for the great end to summer I’m this home.

Property was great, close to beach, big , clean and homeowners were great. Our stay was cut short because of hurricane Henri but Owner took care of a refund when he really didn’t need to. We will be back next year.

A group of girlfriends and I stayed at the property in Ocean Bay Park for a long weekend and had a lovely time! The check-in instructions were a breeze and the rental had everything our group needed. The location was ideal, with just a quick jaunt to the beach. The instructions for waste and recycling storage weren’t completely clear and if mishandled can lead to a hefty fine from Fire Island. A phone call to the property manager cleared this right up for us. We noticed some typical rental property wear and tear such as bunk beds/bed frames needing to be tightened up, lightbulbs missing, etc. and received a gracious response on our findings from Amarillis, whose was always responsive and helpful in her communications. We would definitely recommend this property to groups and families alike!

Had a great time at this beach house. Perfect for family and friends. The living room and kitchen essentially being 1 room make it great for friends and family to hang out together as well as the deck being right in front of the living room. Bedrooms were comfortable to sleep in. Multiple bathrooms in the house as well as an outdoor shower made it easy and accessible for everyone to shower and use restroom. Although we brought our own the house was stock with dishes, utensils, beach games, towels and cleaning supplies. Had a wonderful time at this house. Highly recommend anyone to rent it.

The house was perfect for us and close to the beach. The owners were wonderful and easy to reach. We would definitely stay there again!

The home is in a nice area very convenient to beaches and bay with pleasant people in the village. The home was easy to check in and has a few amenities like bikes and a wagon to carry gods, nice grill. We expected newly renovated but the home was very worn and although large, we thought not very comfortable. It seems much more targeted at high use families, and we were just a couple looking for a bit more comfort. If you have pets and kids that you don’t need to worry about this is probably the place for you. It was a little odd in a few area s but definitely not on the new or renovated side.

This house is beautifully laid out and appointed for a couple of families to enjoy the wonderful beach at Fire Island. This was my family’s 5th time to Fire Island and this is by far the best house we’ve stayed in. Steve and Calvin were very responsive and well organized.

I loved the house and the location The property was exactly as pictured I would definitely rent from this owner again
