very quiet location for now but the building of a mosque right in front of the development would ruin it nonetheless.

1. property not maintained at all. the outdoor furniture are broken and will gash you should you attempt to sit here. 2. the air conditioning doesn’t work properly and they can’t even be bothered to change the batteries in the remote control 3. fridge is not cold at all 4. pool pump also not working properly 5. no housekeeping at all, not enough toilet rolls given to you. 6. demand that customer pay utilities.

It is about booking.com though. The EXCLUDE cost should be state with bigger and more noticeable font. I ended up have to pay additional of around 10% more for the EXCLUDED ELECTRICITY.

It was a nice quiet location and private. There is good security and the main communal pool is huge. The gardens in the estate are very well kept.

The lower bedroom smelled like mold and was uninhabitable. The bed has stains all over it and smells too. Pillows in upper bedroom also smell old. The swimming pool was full of leaves. I asked them to clean it but they didn't come. I waited 30 minutes for the keys on arrival because the host agent didn't know I was coming although I booked the night before. Very loud frogs keep you up all night because next door pool is a green swamp.
