Piscine communautaire saisonnière et aire de grillade du parc, accès au centre de fitness. Deux ponts, des meubles sur le pont côté océan pour profiter de magnifiques couchers de soleil. Cuisine et salle à manger bien équipées pour 6 personnes, bar avec mélangeur, ventilateurs de plafond partout. Oak Island Golf Club de l'autre côté de la rue. Location à la nuitée disponible avec un minimum de 3 nuits. Aussi disponible pour les locations mensuelles hors saison.

Overall the property was nice. The condo could use a little updating and repair in the kitchen and bathrooms. The pool area is a bit small and doesn't have tables with umbrellas so that was a little disappointing, but it was clean and well maintained. There were plenty of beach accesses that were convenient to each building which made it easier for us carrying lots of beach stuff.

The location was great! The condo was roomy and the beds were comfortable. The deck curtain slats needs replacing. I’m sure glad we were told to bring our supplies: toilet paper. Paper towels, dishwashing liquids etc. A 9x13 inch cake pan would have been helpful. I had to decrease my recipe to fit in the smaller one. Overall it was great and would stay again.

The apartment was a good location. The kitchen had everything we needed. But...the floors were filthy. How hard is it to mop floors? The dryer was not vented so the hot humid air from the dryer blew into the hallway and the bedroom felt like a sauna. We reported this to maintenance twice and two men came over and said, you are right it is not vented. We will be back to fix it. No one ever came back. If we go there again, we will take a mop and bucket with us. I don't know how to vent dryers so we probably won't go back.
