Location is the best thing
Staff were not friendly. Reception is looked after by one person. Limited facilities. Bathroom was not as clean. Room was ok.

Very centrally located. Easy access to the old quarter. Modern Hotel chain. The rooms were clean and modern. Nice bathroom. 24-hour front door attendant.
My room was supper tiny and looked onto a utility shaft with zero sunlight. Access to the Wi-Fi required accepting the hotel terms which allowed them to use your private information for marketing purposes. There was no way to opt-out. I consider this a violation of personal space and privacy for what should be a basic feature, especially from a big chain.

Good breakfast. On the edge of old town. Close to shopping area also. Spacious room with 3 windows. Large and comfortable bed. Large and very clean bathroom. Not very noisy, despite its location.
Booked a superior room. Got room on first floor next to breakfast room. Windows just above the heads of people on pavement below. View obscured by sunshades outside windows. Yes we were in the middle of everything as expected, but with limited privacy. If pulling the curtains, fx to open window for fresh air, everybody can look into the room. At least it how it felt.
