Great apartment- luminous, nice balcony terrace, view of the sea. Paid parking in the building was also a nice to have. The apartment was generally well equipped and in addition to the AC it has ceiling fans which was great. The host was also very nice
Needs a bit of maintenance- namely a bathroom door that was swollen from water damage, a sink stopper was missing, showing the inside of the tube with hairs etc). Good to have would be some basic staples (salt and pepper for instance)

The location of suites at sea ll was excellent, just approx 250mts to the lift down to the beach and promenade.
Check in was seamless and easy. Ana met us at the apartment, explained the access and gave us some tips on where to eat out.
The apartment is fully equipped with everything needed for a great stay. It was spotless when we arrived. The bottle of wine on arrival was a lovely gesture. The thick white towels were great and I particularly liked the suites at sea monogram which was embroidered on them. This monogram was replicated on the crockery in the kitchen. This detail didn’t go unnoticed.
Yes, the first floor apartment doesn’t have uninterrupted sea views and there is noise from the school opposite at drop off and pick up times. However the plus’s far outweigh these minor issues.
The apartment is a 10 minute walk to Cuerta tram stop and the tram takes just 15 minutes to reach Benidorm.
The stop for the Beniconnect shuttle service back to the airport (Miami bar) is around a 5 minute walk. I would definitely recommend using this means of transport back to the airport. It’s reliable but does need booking at least 48 hours prior to travel.
Would I stay at these apartments again? ABSOLUTELY!!
A minor issue -
There was only one patio chair on the balcony which had seen better days. Maybe for the next season provide more comfy outside seating?

Location is great, very close to Mercadona, 5 min walk down to the beach (there’s a great lift to the promenade no need to climb stairs)
Although there is a primary school right across the street and it does get very loud during drop off and pick up.
A lot of sand gets in to the apartment, it would be nice if there was at least some option for a vacuum cleaner as the dust pan provided isn’t very efficient.

lovely location, very modern and clean and the host was helpful.
no Air-conditioning which one July made it so warm and hard to sleep, but my own fault for not checking this before booking
